We really enjoyed our time and experience at the Food&CookLab during a stop in Moorea of our cruise. Stevenson, Audrey and Therese were the best hosts you can imagine! Stevenson took us through the history and diversity of Tahitian cuisine leveraging local ingredients and influence. From there and together with other guests we put together a delicious traditional Tahitian festive which was a lot of fun. Stevenson is an encyclopedia on many topics including cooking which made our group experience even more enjoyable. We learned a lot. The meal we put together was out of this world and full of flavor with quality ingredients. I would recommend this activity to anyone who wants to experience the authentic Tahitian food culture.

Excellent excursion on this small catamaran in the lagoon. Very attentive guide and sailor, great kindness and passion for their island and environment. A real plus with the turquoise waters and swimming with the rays and sharks. Book without hesitation

Very beautiful experience with Stevenson as our guide who shared the culinary richness of his island with us. After we all participated in the preparation of several recipes, we gathered around a large table to savor an excellent meal. A big thank you to him and his entire team, it was a real treat. Magical experience, a magnificent sunset, swimming with sharks and rays. Then another stop with beautiful fish. Relaxing, soothing, in a small group which makes a difference The guide and the captain were wonderful! We recommend it!

We had the most magical day learning about Polynesian culture and Tahitian cooking while making new friends from other parts of the world. Audrey and Stevenson were so welcoming and shared all their wonderful knowledge. It was so lovely to spend time in the lush garden and learn about different crops and share a meal with other travellers to this beautiful island. I highly recommend this experience.

May be the best experience on Mo'orea. Stevenson and Audrey are sensational hosts for three reasons. 1. So welcoming. We were a French and English speaking group which they navigated with ease. By the end when we all sat down to share our meal and language was no longer a barrier. 2. They shared not only their talents in cooking local dishes, but involved everyone - kids and adults were chopping, mixing, and prepping banana leaves over an open flame with trust and care. 3. You eat like a king! This may be the best value for money in all of French Polynesia. A full history/culture lesson about the ingredients (like bread fruit, coconuts, and tuna (aka Ahi/Thon). And lunch is a multi course meal, with poisson cru, ahi, marlin, ipo (coconut bread), coconut chips, toasted breadfruit, and finished with banana poi. Seriously delicious and you get all the recipes! 10/10 highly recommend. Even if you're staying in Tahiti coming to Mo'orea just for this experience is totally worth it.

A very nice experience with 2 brothers who make you live a memorable excursion! You can feel a real passion and complicity spreading on the boat, they will tell you their adventures with the big brother who is at the origin of this magnificent story. In short a must on the island, sensations guaranteed ‘!!

The boat is fun and the guides are very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful cruise. Saw sharks and rays as well as many fish.

This experience is well worth doing. We had a wonderful time and the guys go above and beyond to make it a magical experience. They let us help with the sails, we did a bit of snorkelling and then we saw whales before sunset. The guides really are so friendly and lovely. The one downside to be aware of is that the meet up point is quite hard to find. The pin is accurate but there is only one little sign on the ground which is extremely easy to miss. We walked down the alley once we found it (after needing to ask a local) and no one was there. Turns out we were in the right spot just too early. Also the name is the name of the general area which confused people we asked for help. We weren’t the only ones who got lost. So just be aware it’s hard to find. It is great though so don’t let it put you off booking. Just leave more time to find it.

Wonderful activity. Stevenson is a charming host, full of information about Moorean food, plants and culture. The cooking was fun and the food was delicious. Top recommendation.

Stevenson and Audrey were amazing, showed us the farming plants and how to make over 5 Polynesian dishes, and sent the recipes. Loved making the Poisson Cru and coconut bread.

Our family of five had a fantastic experience with this cooking class! Stevenson, Audrey, and the rest of the crew were wonderful, patient teachers. Even our youngest (7 years old) had an absolute blast and was fully engaged. The food we made was delicious, and I’m definitely excited to try some of these recipes at home. It was such a great opportunity to learn about the local cuisine, chat with locals, and ask questions—all while enjoying a phenomenal meal with beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

Wow! This was hands down the top experience that our family had during our 11 day stay on Mo'orea-seriously! We cannot emphasize enough how impactful, fun, informative and delicious this experience was. This is a must do at the start of your time on Mo'orea...Stevenson is a skilled storyteller who shares his authentic insight into the history, food, culture and importance of the Polynesian foods you will prepare with he and his team. Audrey and Stevenson were so skilled at effortlessly teaching us all that we needed to know to prepare incredibly delicious menu items...grown right on their property.
