If you are going to Marrakech, you absolutely have to book a private tour with Rashid. My partner and I booked him to show us around the souks, and he went above and beyond before we even met up! He texted us beforehand to introduce himself and finalise the timing, which made everything so easy from the start. Meeting him in the morning was completely seamless. The souks are absolutely amazing, but they are pure, beautiful chaos. Honestly, if we had been on our own, we would have struggled big time because it’s just so massive and overwhelming. Rashid made us feel incredibly safe and completely looked after. He really listened to exactly what we wanted to see (and what we didn't!), making the whole day feel tailored just for us. One of the absolute highlights was when he took us to a beautiful herbal pharmacy. The decor inside was absolutely stunning, and the lady there went completely out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. As we sat there with our bottled water and traditional mint tea, smelling all the incredible herbs, spices, and natural remedies, it felt like finding a peaceful sanctuary right in the middle of the bustling markets. She was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all, and we left there feeling so clean and refreshed—honestly, it felt like a mini spa experience! I would definitely recommend going there. From there, Rashid showed us the leather goods, gorgeous bags, belts, street food, and we loved seeing all the local cats! He guided us right through to the main square, keeping us feeling safe and well-informed the entire time. It was worth every single penny and so much better than trying to navigate it on your own. I can’t recommend Rashid enough—he is brilliant,thank you Rashid !

Our guide Rachid was amazing! I was worried we would struggle finding him at first as I had no signal beyond the accommodation but he was the one who found us quickly! His knowledge of the structure of the markets and how to haggle was beyond helpful, it would've overwhelmed us if we went by ourselves. He was easy to talk to as well, answering all of our questions and made sure we were safe the whole time. His love and respect for his religion was admirable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would he deserves it! Would happily recommend!!

We had a fabulous day with Rachid! He was so helpful and took us to all of the shops we wanted to go to. We never felt rushed and he helped us negotiate fair prices. 11/10 would recommend, especially to get your bearings in the area and learn how things work.

This tour is what you want to make it. We had a lot of questions about the history of Morocco and Hassan was happy to answer all of my random questions. He took us around the Souk's, and let us know what was authentic Moroccan wares, and what were mass produced. He also asked us from the start what type of items we were looking for and made sure to take us to spots that had those items.

We had a great experience today with Rahim as our tour guide and Mohammed as our driver. Rahim was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality, didn’t rush through the tour and took some photos for us. The pick up from the hotel was prompt and the tour took around 3.5hrs overall including drop off back at the hotel and it was such a bonus being chauffeured around to the different locations in an air conditioned vehicle. Well worth it if it’s your first time visiting Marrakech and don’t know where to start or what to expect.

Truly the best and most amazing way to learn more about the souks and shop without feeling overwhelmed! I HIGHLY recommend touring the souks with someone first. Mohammed tailored to the tour to our interests and was so kind and helpful. It was so enjoyable spending half the day with him! He is a wealth of information and fun to be around. I can’t say enough great things. He took us to so many beautiful shops and gave us great information about the souks. If you are able to book this tour, you should!

Abdul was our guide, taking us deep into the souks, imparting historical and cultural insight along the way. There were winding corridors, with merchants selling a huge variety of goods - metalware, fabric, jewellery, ceramics. We visited the bakery, a wood artisan, and a fabric dying workshop, with the artisans explaining their process. We also visited a pharmacy selling teas, oils and creams - useful loo stop too. The tour took about 2½ hours, and Abdul guided us through the labyrinth, ensuring he didn't lose anyone on the way! A great morning. Thank you.

As stated in the description of this tour, we covered most places it stated and the guide also asked what we wanted to see...it was a good blend of shops and experience to help you understand the souks and how to get around without feeling pressured to buy anything. Guide was helpful and spoke good english.

We had a fantastic morning in Marrakesh with Ali. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children (4yrs) and Ali catered perfectly for our group, he went at our pace and the girls enjoyed the experience as much as we did. We had a great time visiting all the different sectors of the souks and plenty of hidden gems, with Ali providing us with fantastic knowledge and history. We visited some lovely vendors but never felt any pressure to buy (but did as the items were lovely!). We felt safe at all times and would certainly go again.
