Rosemaria was an amazing host. She welcomed us into her home and provided a wonderful experience for our family. We learned about authentic Sicilian cuisine as we prepared our meals. My kids really enjoyed it as well. I would highly recommend over and over again.

Rosamaria was everything we were hoping for and more! The food was fantastic and the time we spent with Rosamaria was worth every penny. I cannot wait to go home and make these recipes for my family, they will definitely become family favorites. Our cesarina was thoughtful, attentive, and thourough in our lesson. Would do again!!

Our Cooking Class in a CountryHouse near Cefalu was outstanding. Our host, Patrizia, is more than cordial, an accomplished chef, welcoming and very accommodating. Want to participate, participate. Want to watch, watch. The Country House was wonderfully located half way up the mountain with a spansive view right down to the sea. Every angle was breathtaking. Cook a bit, have some wine, check out the view, rinse and repeat. Insights provided not only to the Sicilian food but the culture as well. It was an outstanding investment in time and funds. Not only is the host most competent in the kitchen but she is kind as well. My wife was experiencing some minor medical concerns and Patrizia went well out of her way to make sure she was accommodated. A very fine lady. We are most grateful to have met.

Being in the country overlooking the sea was wonderful. The cooking instruction was extremely good and useful. The food was fantastic. Patrizia, our cooking instructor was charming and entertaining, easy to understand.

Rosa Maria provided a fantastic overview of the history and creation of staples such as Gnocchi and fried eggplant in the context of Sicily. She welcomed us into her *beautiful* home in Cefalú; she taught us some of the basics of Sicilian home-cooked meals. She went out of her way to make us a few side dishes and a traditional, delectable dessert as well after we informed her we would not be able to stay the full time needed to make it ourselves, ensuring we were able to experience the full lesson! The lunch we enjoyed at her home was easily the best food we tasted in all of Sicily. Her locally sourced wine was the same! Not to mention the incredible view from her home overlooking Cefalú itself. Anyone looking for a more in depth understanding of Sicilian cuisine; book with Rosa Maria! A wonderful personality. 5 stars!

I had the most wonderful and authentic experience cooking with Patrizia in her country house. The house is so charming and has the most amazing view of surrounding mountains and the sea. I learnt how to prepare Caponata, which is must in Sicilian cooking; simple yet so delicious. We then proceeded to prepare a pasta sauce and some fish, as well as canoli for dessert. I will cherish this experience forever and looking forward to recreate the recipes.

Graziella is a wonderful person. And she is passionate about Italian food and teaching. With a few simple ingredients, she will show you how to create a great meal. We had linguine, fried eggplant, and Tiramisu. Highly recommend. You can’t spell Graziella without Grazie! Ron

Wonderful experience for our family of 5, with ravioli, bruschetta, wine, and tiramisu! Our host Grazy was kind and gracious and a great cook and instructor and great with children. Six stars!

Graziella couldn’t have been more welcoming! We had so much fun learning how to make fresh pasta. The food she prepared separately for us was also excellent. Such an authentic Italian experience not to be missed. We love Graziella!

Rosa Maria welcomed us into her beautiful home, she was gracious and very friendly. Rosa Maria taught us to make three dishes, fresh Sicilian pasta, eggplant and tiramisu. She also shared many other her other Sicilian cooking techniques as well as the history of the food and region. We sat down to an amazing dinner that Rosa Maria complimented with other antipasti and Sicilian wine. We ate so much! She didn’t rush us through dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience with Rosa Maria.

What a wonderful experience with Patrizia in Reitano! Her home was beautiful and our family enjoyed cooking with her. The food and conversation was amazing! Our daughters, ages 11 and 17, enjoyed it so much. They are excited to cook Pasta Norma when we return home to California!

What a wonderful cooking experience we had with Graziella in her home during our May trip to Sicily. The moment we walked in the door we knew we were in for a treat. We were taught to make a delicious three course meal and were able to sit and enjoy her company as we dined on our authentic homemade Italian dinner with wine.Because of our cooking experience, we returned to the United States and prepared a delightful Italian dinner party which was enthusiastically praised.Thank you, GraziellaJohn and Lorna Leone

We had a beautiful evening in Graziella’s house. A very personal experience, cooking pasta with friends and family. Would definitely recommend doing this for a truly unique experience in Sicily.

This experience was one of the most special of our trip. I took the class with my Dad and Uncle and we will have this memory forever. My great grandfather was born and grew up in Sicily, and my father has a lot of special memories of cooking with my Nonni, which he shared with our host, Graziella. Graziella worked with my Dad to change one of our pasta recipes a little bit to give him some nostalgia from our family. We listened to fun music and had a beautiful ocean view and just really enjoyed the time together. Graziella is an incredible teacher and she even sent me some of the recipes so I can now make them at home with my Dad. The price was also very reasonable--we made eggplant, 2 different pastas, and Tiramisu, along with enjoying bread and wine throughout the meal. We also got to take leftovers home with us! If you are able to make time for this experience, I recommend it because it will be a special memory you'll never forget!
