Owin was very helpful for both of our airport transfers and a ride or 2 during our stay (he is located in north part of the island so it worked). He responded right away, was always available, punctual, and very knowledgeable. A reliable person to help with our travels.

This is the best taxi driver in st.Lucia guys I’m telling you. Our driver Owin was extremely pleasant and attentive. We had major issues with our AirBnb and he was extremely quick and resourceful, he didn’t have to help us his job was only to pick us up and drop us off but he is such a kind person he also assisted us and we are very grateful we got such a great driver

We initially booked St. Lucia Travel & Tours simply for our airport transfer to Zoëtry Marigot Bay, but we were so impressed with the experience that we ended up booking a private customized island tour with them as well. That probably says more than anything else about the quality of their service.From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They responded promptly when I first requested a quote, followed up before our trip to make sure everything was set, and once we arrived in St. Lucia they remained extremely responsive through WhatsApp. Even a last-minute adjustment to our pickup time for the private tour was handled quickly and graciously.Randy, who is also the company's CEO, was our driver for the airport transfer. After that first experience, we specifically requested him again for our private tour. He was exceptional. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and Randy was always professionally dressed and courteous. His driving was excellent, which we especially appreciated on St. Lucia's winding roads.What impressed us most, though, was the personal attention. During our drives, Randy shared interesting insights about the island, its history, fishing villages, local life, and the places we were passing. At the same time, he had a wonderful sense of when to engage in conversation and when to simply let us relax and enjoy the ride.One small moment captured the level of service perfectly. On our way from the airport to the resort, Randy overheard my significant other and me mentioning that we had not eaten since early that morning. Without us even asking, he offered to stop at a local food stand so we could get something to eat. It was a simple gesture, but an incredibly thoughtful one, and exactly the kind of genuine hospitality that stays with you.Our private tour was equally enjoyable and felt truly personalized rather than like a standard, predetermined excursion. We also found their rates to be very competitive, particularly considering the quality of the vehicles, the professionalism, and the level of personal service we received.I also want to recognize Deenel, the office administrator, who was consistently prompt, cordial, and helpful in his communications before, during, and even after our trips. The professionalism clearly extends throughout the company.St. Lucia is a beautiful island, but the people you meet can make a trip even more memorable. Yes, you can book a shared ride for cheaper, but this private ride so worth it! My driver was Miguel, a lovely local, who took me for a ride - in the best possible meaning of the phrase. I stayed at Gros Islet, so the drive is a good hour and a half, after the long flight I was looking forward to just be in Paradise. He picked me up outside of the airport ( after immigration come out and find the green banners) holding a sign with my name, so I couldn’t even miss him. The car was comfortable, air conditioned, he had ice cold water ( and beer ) ready in the heat. I was hungry, so on the way we stopped at some local spots ( the best salt fish sandwich I’ve ever had!! Thank you!) I picked his brain about local customs, culture, places to see; things to do— and he answered every single annoying question I had. I really appreciate his kindness and sharing his knowledge with me, as it was my first time on this beautiful and friendly island. I can only sing his praise. Very highly recommend the company- and his service! Thank you, Miguel, I appreciate you!

Great experience! Despite our flight being delayed by a couple of hours, driver waited until we arrived. Driver was professional and friendly and offered to stop if we wanted to take in the sights along the way. Operator is very responsive to inquiries regarding return trip from hotel to airport. Will definitely use this service again next time we vacation in Saint Lucia.

We originally booked our airport pick up through Cool Destinations and received a driver, Edward, from PHVTours. We liked him so much that we booked a 6 hour tour and our return airport rides direct with PHVTours and requested Edward. We were not disappointed. We had a great time with Edward and he was always timely. Our tour was all of the touristy things like mud baths, 2 different waterfalls, rum tasting, lunch at a small resturant outside of Souffere and great vistas of the Pitons and a guided tour of a botanical garden that was awesome. One note of caution, the transportation is all that is covered in the original cost. All of the admission fees and lunch, etc is extra, however, it was approx. $90 per couple.

The Diamond Falls tour was so relaxing. The gardens are beautiful and our guide explained the history of the estate which was fascinating. Seeing the waterfall change colors because of the minerals was really unique. A must do for a calm afternoon in Soufrière.

Juri the driver was friendly and gave us a lot of info as we drove from the resort to the airport. It made the 1:45 minute drive go fast and interesting. He arrived on time. While a private car maybe more expensive we heard from others that took a shuttle the ride was closer to 3 hours.

This was well worth the drive from our Villa in Laborie. Just a short 10 minute boat ride from Hummingbird Beach in Souferie. Discover Souferie clearly communicated the pick up point ahead of time (and were available for any changes you may need in itinerary). Anse Chastanet and Mamin were amazing places to relax, catch some rays, see some rays (snorkel), and eat (Jungle Grill at Anse Mamin). HIGHLY recommend!

My Most Memorable Experience From This Trip Was The Patience And The Etiquette That Was Shown To Me By Owen. I Would Definitely Recommend All My Friends And Family To Owen Our Hour Long Conversations Were Real Interesting And He Definitely Told Me And My Partner About All The Great Restaurants And The Stories About The Island Is Worth Every Penny.

Two great drivers with very comfortable cars for the long ride from the airport to Royalton Resort. Grab a six pack of Piton sit back and enjoy the trip after long air travel.

Owen, the driver, was very professional and friendly. He waited for me at the airport, despite a delay to my flight, and got me to my hotel safe and sound. The car is new and very clean, he provides water bottles for passengers and even gives you a historical tour of the island while getting you to your hotel. Jeanine from the office contacted me in advance via WhatsApp to ensure I had all the information prior to landing - was a smooth and excellent service, at a great price! Highly recommended!
