Top Belgrade Architecture Tours

Great company who arranged a bespoke 2 day cycle trip from Novi Sad to Belgrade. They provided top condition bikes, reliable route notes and live support during the ride. Highly recommended.

I took the “Socialism Architecture” Tour with Ksenija and really enjoyed it. It was fascinating to be taken around and see these buildings and spaces I had seen in pictures (like Genex) up close. Ksenija is very knowledgeable about both the architecture and the history behind it, and she was happy to answer all of my questions. I learned a lot and came away with a much better understanding of Belgrade and its history. A great way to spend a few hours and see a different side of the city. Highly recommended!

Luka is an excellent tour guide extremely knowledgeable about the city and its history and culture. He has a really great attitude and truly cares about his guests.

So i visited Belgrade this January and coming from a post-soviet country myself i was really igor to find out more about brutalist architecture they have there. Ksenja is the best guide u could ever find. she’s charming, very interesting and easygoing! the excursion was amazing! we got to find out a lot of interesting facts about all the buildings and monuments, moreover Ksenja doesn’t bore you with all the stuff like “this was built in the year…” - so you have to memorize all those dates, she tells you stories of those buildings and of the people who lived in them! Nonetheless if you get tired - you can do a snack-stop in some wonderful places Ksenja is going to recommend! So overall this was a 10/10 wonderful experience! Ksenja, thank you so much!

Stefan gave an amazing tour explaining the history of Serbia through its architecture. Extremely informative and covered a lot of the city. Milos was also a great driver.

The architecture tour is highly recommended to understand the socialist utopia of the city. It’s not a tour you can do on your own, as the sites you visit are very distant from each other and even some inaccessible, like the entrance halls to the buildings. Their two guides Mikhail and Milos, besides being very educated and studious people, were extremely kind and sweet to us. We felt knowing Belgrade with friends. I appreciate and recommend this tour of very high quality and out of the ordinary.

Even after a few days, we remember the trip with Dmitri! Highly recommend this interesting with a good sense of humor guide! Heard a lot of interesting things, talked outside the tour! Dima!! Thank you very much! You're awesome!!

A very interesting and informative walk. The guide is very informative and interesting, an excellent conversationalist!

I recommend! A pleasant and educational excursion after which the city becomes more interesting to look at. The guide talks enthusiastically and interestingly

Cool tour guide with a historical background. In 3 hours we walked around, it seems, all the significant street art sites in the city. Learned a lot of new meanings, historical facts. The role of the street art in urban space. I recommend. All my questions were sorted out. Get them ready.)

This was an incredible experience! Ksenia explained everything while we discovered the New Belgrade. she told me all about brutalism and life in the Socialist times of Yugoslavia, it was super informative and she also made it incredibly fun. Definitely a must do while in Belgrade. 10 out of 10!

The tour gave us an excellent overview of the socialist architecture and the city's landmarks of the era. The guide Ksenija was excellent in putting the architecture in a wider context. I loved her personal stories of growing up in New Belgrade during the last decade of the communist Yugoslavia. Something quite unique!

We were expertly guided by Novica who passionately gave us the story about the places visited and Serbia / Yugoslavia in general. We were interested and entertained throughout. Novica really know his history and is very entertaining to listen to. We managed to get to Avala Tower despite the snow on the ground. We covered a lot of ground and visited a lot of places. Highly recommended.

The tour exceeded by far what you would have expected from an architectural exploration. Our guide Stefan, who holds degrees in history, didn't stop at telling us about brutalist architecture but shared his immense knowlegde of Serbian history, culture and society with us during all of the tour.

A group of ten of us took this bike tour and we weren’t disappointed. Tibor was a wonderful guide with so much historical knowledge to share. I learnt so much about Belgrade and Serbia in general from him. It was an easy ride and we ventured all the way over to new Belgrade.

We had an absolutely fabulous trip with Tibor today. We set off in the morning before it got too hot and headed to New Belgrade as we had done a walking tour of 'old Beograd' the day before. The bikes were great quality and the best way to cover a lot of ground. Tibor took us around to spots we would never have found on our own and shared a lot of information and anecdotes in a way that was easy to understand and interesting. He also passed on some local knowledge for a fab lunch spot! I would definitely recommend this tour!
