Can’t say enough positive things about this experience! Everything you are looking for from a cooking class in Mallorca! Patri is so kind and makes such an inviting environment to learn paella making while also giving you a true local experience! we were full and fed the whole time between fresh sangria and meats & cheese apps to the amazing paella! She also has lots of animals like chickens and cats that we enjoyed getting to interact with. The walk around the town beforehand was such a great way to start off the class! Would definitely recommend.

Wow where to start!? A magical and truly authentic experience with the very talented host- Patri.Invited into her quaint and beautiful backyard, Patri did an amazing job of blending technique with her own personal family influences. The connection she has with Paella is genuine and it shows.Her teaching style is refreshing as she lets her students get hands on and make mistakes which she gently corrects. She also does not force anyone to participate that does not want to. It’s really a choose your own adventure.The gorgeous mountain setting, snacks, sangria and all the lovely animals are most welcome bonuses. I will mention that with where the parking is located there is a very short walk down a mountain road. It is not dangerous even with cars passing but something for older patrons to be aware of.Thank you Patri for everything! I highly recommend this experience to anyone with appetite for a good time.

This tour absolutely made our holiday! Menorca is amazing in its own right but Manda, our wine tour guide, was incredible- we’d do the tour all over again just to see her and hear more of the fantastic knowledge she has. She was very special, so charismatic, a wonderful host, fun and extremely informative. The wine was fabulous too! I’d have paid double for the tour it was so worth it. Thank you Manda!

We had a fabulous evening with Julienne and Violetta. They made us feel so welcome. As it happened, there was only me and my husband booked on the evening we went , but it's definitely suitable for couples/groups and solo travellers! We joined in making several dishes and some were done just by Violetta. Everything was delicious and they only used the freshest ingredients. Do not eat very much beforehand on the day you go!! You are faced with a feast! Julienne also has games ready to keep the laughs going. It really was a brilliant experience. We have been coming to Mallorca for the last 10 years and this was our first cooking class. We can highly recommend it.

My mom and I did this cooking class in Mallorca with two of our friends, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip! What a lovely way to meet new people, learn more about Spanish culture, cook, play games, laugh, and just have the best time together.The food was absolutely delicious, and the host and chef were incredible. They were so welcoming, fun, knowledgeable, and engaging. They made the entire experience feel relaxed and social rather than just a typical cooking class. We learned a lot, laughed a ton, and got to enjoy an amazing meal at the end!Such a fun and memorable experience in Mallorca. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Palma, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or even solo. We loved it! ❤️

If you are looking for the type of homely cooking that your grandmother fed you with the Mallorcan culture as your base, this is the right place to be. Paula has created an authentic kitchen dining space with abundant ambience. Paula is clearly passionate about her craft and deserves to be proud of what she is achieved. She tailors the dishes you want to learn based on your needs and what is in season. Her stories and knowledge of both the history and methods behind not just the recipes but cheesemaking, coffee making, and more, were amazing. My godson and I really enjoyed the experience. Attending the actual class was like being transported into the real local environment with a neighbour dropping in and sharing a glass of Palo with me (which he served) and chatting about common interests. I was also fortunate enough a week or so later to join Paula on her market tour with another group. Being able to interact with local vendors in person was a pleasure. Paula was so generous to us all.

When you reached out to remind me, I apologized for my mistake, hoping we could somehow still make it happen. And today, we finally met. Now I’m sitting here with the fullest heart, so grateful that we did.From the moment we met, there was something about you that felt like home. Walking through the market with you, watching you buzz around with so much warmth and purpose, was beautiful. Your love for your culture shines through everything you do. You can feel that this is your passion, and how much joy you find in sharing it.Then you welcomed us into your home, and somehow we all felt like we belonged. You made everyone feel comfortable, capable, and like a real cook. Between the amazing food, the laughter, and the beautiful conversations, I found myself tearing up more than once. Sometimes someone’s kindness touches a part of your heart you weren’t expecting, and the tears come before you can explain them.That’s what today felt like.Thousands of miles from my own home, you gave me that feeling of being at home with you. I’ll remember what we cooked and how delicious everything tasted, but I’ll treasure how you made us feel even more.Thank you for sharing your kitchen, your culture, and your heart with us. Very interesting tour of a local traditional cheese farm with fantastic products. You get to see the production site and animals - and the farm cats come as a bonus. Friendly guide. A little trip over small roads , but otherwise easy to reach. Would recommend for a visit.
