Our days with Marco were a highlight of our trip to Piedmont! He is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about winemaking, and a deeply welcoming host. Starting the experience at his own fantastic winery (Cascina Galarin) set the perfect tone. To top it off, he was kind enough to seamlessly coordinate the shipping for all the wines we purchased along the way. An unforgettable experience!

We had a cooking class today at Fabiana e Andrea in making traditional piemonte agnolotti with lovely filling. It was a great experience for both me and my wife as well as our two children on 19 and 20. Very friendly and a lot of talk about local specialities etc. Now we are ready to make agnolotti when we are back in Denmark. Highly recommendable.

We had the most fabulous time in the Asti region learning to make bruschetta, pasta, and tiramisu!! You do NOT want to miss this, it was the highlight of our trip!!!!

Fabiana and Andrea opened the doors of their kitchen making me feel immediately at home. Gentle, welcoming and willing to share recipes, little tricks at the stove and stories of tradition. It was my first experience with the Cesarine, and I could not have wished for better! See you soon!

For our 25th wedding we gave ourselves this unique experience for us and our children by Fabiana and Andrea. We were welcomed as family. The experience of cooking together typical Piedmontese dishes and enjoying them around the warmth of the table of our guests were truly unique and unforgettable. Our host, Monica, was lovely! The experience was marvelous! My husband and I met Monica at an agreed location in Asti (easy to find), and then walked to a local open air market to shop for produce for our meal. After, she drove us to her beautiful home to share a cooking lesson (pasta, chocolate stuffed peaches, and saucy-vegetable bruschetta - YUM!) in her gorgeous kitchen and then ate the delectable meal with her lovely son around the family's table. The advice, the laughter, the ability to improve our Italian language skills, and the joy of cooking with a local in her home was a memory we will never forget. We HIGHLY recommend cooking with Monica! We have been to cooking lessons before, and this was by far the most exceptional!

A very fun and authentic Italian experience with a wonderful teacher. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the surroundings while making pasta and desserts. Can recommend to anyone with a love for food and Italy.

I had a wonderful experience at Monica’s home. She came and picked me up, which was awesome. I got to meet her cats & dogs. And she gave me excellent instructions as we made the pizzas. It was a great day!

Great energy, lots of fun. Nice location. Made ravioli and tiramisu. Ate on the veranda. Wonderful time. A bit expensive.

Was such an amazing experience. My girlfriend and I loved our wine tour with Giovanni. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy we chose this tour and highly recommend to anyone else looming for best option. Tasted some amazing wines with some amazing vista's.

Visiting from Australia. We've been on our fair share of wine tours but this was next level. Very relaxed, very chilled, no fuss. Giovanni & Marco are very passionate about not only wine, but the region that they live in. We 100% want to come back and do it again. We felt like family by the end of it! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Hands down better than our tour in other regions like Tuscany.

Marco is a very passionate wine maker who is keen to show you both textbook and farmer-knowledge of winemaking in piedmont. The tour includes an excellent mix of family-owned wineries some selling internationally and some selling only locally. Enjoyed it so much we shipped a case of it back and Marco was extremely helpful in making it happen. Cheers!
