The market part was so lively and picking fresh ingredients for the cooking class was fun. The local guide was super chill and shared cool little tips. The meal we cooked was way better than I thought I’d do on my own! Good mix of walking and hands-on stuff.

What an amazing experience we had with Adriana!! First, she helped us figure out an issue with our booking and got it fixed for us. Then she welcomed us into her home for our cooking lesson. We made three pastas and two sauces and we had the best time. Her recipes are wonderful and every bite was delicious! We are still talking about what a great experience we all had.

We had such a great time ! We were welcomed into there home and learned how to make homemade pasta and tiramisu. Thanks to Alessia for this wonderful experience. His warm welcome allowed us to learn how to make real Italian pasta and tiramisu. This homestay cooking experience and sharing a meal with family was truly wonderful. I highly recommend it; she is an exceptional woman who has a lot to tell and teach, in addition to offering an excellent tasting of her locally produced wine.

It was a wet and rainy day so we only went to one location: the cheese shop, which was amazing. Our Cesarine was wonderful- very enthusiastic and friendly. It was an enjoyable way to spend the day and learn more about the local food and culture.

Alessia and her family are an absolute delight! This experience was of the highlights of our trip to Italy and honestly any travel. We learned how to make a yummy tagliatelle and ravioli and tiramisu, while learning about the local culture and traditions. Alessia, Karen and Andrea were such wonderful hosts who made us feel like family. They sent us home with tons of leftovers for the rest of our party. Still smiling days later. What can I say? I came to Aosta for my 30th birthday, as a surprise. Part of the celebrations were to make pasta at an authentic Aostian residence and I wasn't disappointed. Alessia, is a maternal, cultured and brilliant host. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking, isn't afraid to let her guests get involved and even makes her own alcohol (spirits and wine).We had tagliatelle and ravioli to which we then had tirimasu for desert. Where ever was left over, she let us keep and she even provided us with a ride to our where our bikes were stationed!You made our trip to Aosta that much more special, Grazie Alessia!

We had a wonderful evening at Franca's house. She taught us to make tagliatelle and ravioli with blue goat cheese and potato filling. She and her husband were incredibly warm and welcoming ING. We wouls surely recommend this to anyone
