This was well worth the money! Our guide, Jorge, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The tour was on time and everything was well explained. The food at the small local town was some of the best we've had in the Yucatan. The cenotes were also amazing! And finally, Uxmal...well, the pictures don't do it justice. A world heritage site worth of the name.

Our experience with Aventura en el Mayab was truly beyond our expectations.Alicia was our beautiful, knowledgeable guide, with an impressive background in tourism and archaeology and such a fun, joyful soul. She brought the history, culture, and stories of Yucatán to life in a way that made the entire experience feel personal rather than simply like a tour.We explored the breathtaking ancient city of Uxmal, visited a sweet Yucatecan village where we enjoyed incredible traditional food, especially the cochinita pibil, and experienced cenotes that honestly felt like they were made of dreams.There is something profoundly beautiful about this part of the world, and this tour allowed us to experience it with both adventure and respect for the culture.Our group was made up of travelers from all over the world, which made the day even more special. We laughed, learned, shared food and experienced Yucatán together.From beginning to end, we felt completely safe, cared for, and welcomed. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and became one of the highlights of our time in Yucatán.I wholeheartedly recommend Aventura en el Mayab, and if you have the opportunity to explore with Alicia, you are in wonderful hands. We left with beautiful memories, a deeper appreciation for Mayan history and Yucatecan culture, and a little piece of Yucatán in our hearts.

Alicia and Don Jaime (the van driver) were 10 star service people!! We loved everything about our tour: Uxmal, the cenotes, even the lunch, tho not healthy at all, it was very tasty. Alicia is a sweetheart, knowledgeable, kind and keen to our ecosystem. This was our second tour with the company. 100% recomended!

It was amazing! We were 11 people and the tour was held in English and Spanish. The drive was comfortable and the AC exactly the right temperature. Our first stop was the archeological zone Uxmal where you have two hours. You buy two tickets, foreigners pay 105$ Mex in cash for the first and around 600$ Mex for the second, for that one card payment is possible. There’s a few shops at the entrance where you can buy souvenirs and emergency products like mosquito spray and sunscreen. The coconut pineapple drink was really good. Our delightful guide Sergio handed us over to Jesus who gave as an interesting and informative tour, props for switching back and forth in the two languages. The site was really peaceful and quiet. 15min drive to the little restaurant "El regalo de dios" where we ate Salbutes and Panuchos and had an agua fresca. 35min drive to the first cenote X'batun, just stunning. The second one was only a 5 min drive and we didnt have to change. Interesting to see a different form but the first one is definitely the star of the show. We got back to Merida at around 4pm. Overall a wonderful experience!

Much more than just Uxmal and two cenotes
We did the Uxmal & 2 Cenotes tour on a Sunday, and as we were the only guests who had booked that day, it turned into a truly private tour.Sergio picked us up directly from our hotel, and on the drive to Uxmal he told us so much about Yucatán, the region and local life. It was fascinating and gave us a much better understanding of the area.At Uxmal, Sergio gave us all the practical information we needed and then let us explore the site at our own pace, which we really appreciated. Uxmal itself is an absolute must-see and was one of the highlights of our trip.Afterwards, Sergio took us to Dona Panchita, a small family-run restaurant, where we had the best Mexican food of our entire trip to Mexico. This alone was a fantastic discovery.The final part of the tour took us to two hidden cenotes that we would never have found on our own. As it was Sunday afternoon, there were quite a few local families there, but that actually became part of the experience: we got to see how cenotes are enjoyed by local people as part of their everyday life.We highly recommend Sergio and this tour. He seems to know everyone and everything in the area, and travelling with someone who has this kind of local knowledge adds so much more to the experience. We came away feeling that we had discovered much more than just Uxmal and two cenotes.

Victor is an amazing and very well informed guide! He might as well be an archeologist. He went to school to specialize in what he does for living. And you can easily notice that right away. But above all he's highly passionate and caring. Which naturally matched our energy! He took amazing photos of us and recommended tons of local things to try and do. We even changed our itinerary to go to a place he recommended over the place we originally had in itinerary! He even took us to places outside of the tour and they were well worth our time!

We just returned from the 8-day route with our 3 teenage children and we are delighted! It has been the ideal trip: we combined archaeological sites, towns, and Maya culture with incredibly fun moments in the cenotes, boat rides, and a total relaxation finale on the paradise beaches of Holbox. The kids loved it! The organization has been perfect from start to finish thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Fran, who has been attentive to everything. And a special mention to our archaeologist guide, Edwin, who shared his passion for Maya culture with all of us and made the trip very interesting. Charming hotels and authentic food.
