Naomi's tour was very fun. The paths she chose were beautiful and she explained a lot about local customs. She was easy to talk to and was happy to answer any questions I had.

This was an extremely memorable experience and awesome tour. Oisin was a really great guide and super informative. I learned so much about the areas we visited and there were countless highlights to this tour. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing food tour with Sora. The food was some of the best we had in Kyoto and Sora explained everything very well. Highly recommend taking this tour on one of the first days in Kyoto as you can get a lot of good recommendations for places to eat during your trip

We LOVED this tour.Chikako, our guide was excellent - knowledgable, great company and so knowledgeable about Japanese food, sake and local restaurants - she was great.We visited several different restaurants / stalls over a 4 hours period and all the food was wonderful. We started at Uoriki at Retro Alley (for Japanese fish n Chips being Hamo Tempura or Pike Conger Eel), Konna Monja (for their soymilk donuts), Yonkura (a Kyoto modern sake-themed Izakaya), Anji Rokkaku (a Seafood & Traditional Dish Izakaya) and finally Futagoya (a Farm to Table style Izakaya).It was great to be able to try many different dishes as well as several sake's - you also get a drink included at each of the restaurant visits.The tour operates as a small group and there were 8 of us including Chikako which worked really well.We enjoyed a couple of the places (Konna Monja & Futagoya) so much we return over the following daysWe can't recommend this tour and Chikako highly enough - if you only do one tour whilst in Kyoto then do this one.

Jose was awesome! It was super relaxed and she showed me different temples and shrines in Kyoto and went over their history. Throughout the tour, it felt like I was hanging out with my friend. We ate food and he showed me the city. I loved it.

SO amazing! Jimmy was the best and we had so much fun. He took us to the best hidden spots and ended the night at an AMAZING hidden karaoke bar where we spent the night singing and listening to amazing music. It couldn’t have been any better and Jimmy made sure we had fun all night! 100% would do it again.

It was a good day filled with walking around different temples and shrines. Our tour guide KC was great, energetic and full of information. The price of the whole day tour was reasonable with everything involved. It was not crowded due to weather and time of year.

The tea ceremony is life changing. Mari is one gentle and awesome host!

Kumi was an amazing tour guide and adventure. She went out of her way to listen to you, find one or two things you are looking for in the city and made personal recommendations.

Had a great tour Miho B. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you enjoy getting a more historical and guided perspective on Nikhiki.

This was a great tour and our guide, Ayu, was wonderful. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. She also recommended going to the nearby monkey park after the tour which was an amazing experience. Thank you, Ayu!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our tour guide, Keiko! She was fantastic from beginning to end. She remembered our names right away and addressed us by name throughout the tour, which made us feel very welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of.Her English was excellent, so we had absolutely no problems communicating. We also really appreciated how attentive she was — we truly felt that she listened to us and was genuinely interested in getting to know us better. It made the whole experience feel very personal and special.Keiko also took us to so many delicious places, and we had the opportunity to try a variety of amazing food. Every stop was a great experience, and we discovered places we probably wouldn’t have found on our own.Overall, it was a fantastic adventure, and we are very grateful to Keiko for making our time so enjoyable and memorable.
