Make sure you bring clothes for cold wind. Gloves are a lightweight addition. We are older, but still did part of the hike. I was kept well informed of our meeting time and place and Claudio made sure our drive was safe and comfortable. He was great.

Had a great tour today with our guide Romero. All the tour locations were excellent and Romero was friendly and advised lots of facts and knowledge about Madeira in between tour destinations. Highly recommend this tour.

Our driver Romero was excellent . I'd recommend him to other visitors. He was very knowledgeable and curious and had many languages. He was punctual and actually tried his best to get ahead of busy tour buses. Highly recommend.

Brilliant experience. The weather for us was just perfect. Being above the clouds was phenomenal. It wasn’t too busy, views were ‘wow’ and then we got to sit and watch the sun set. Driver Luis was great and funny. Only thing that would have made it a little better was we were in a small minibus with two other couples and we were sat at the back and our friends were sat at the front so when Luis was chatting about the island and tips of what to do or foods to try we couldn’t hear what was being said so had to rely on friends to relay back to us, But other than that, we loved it. The pictures on the internet do make the walk look more scary than it is in real life ! FYI

excellent trip, guide was brilliant, got us to zip wire on time and took us to great spots with a nice touch of a poncha bar at the end (recommend the strawberry and lime) . Zip wire was amazing!...Just ensure you book zipline in advance!

Had a brilliant west coast tour with the legend that is Pedro. He is a lot of fun and has lots of energy and is a wonderful driver taking us up and down narrow roads in the 4x4 jeep. He is kind and considerate and kept the fun going to the end. You are a star Pedro!

Pedro was a wonderful guide for the day - we had a mixed small group of Brits, German and Ukraniane and Pedro kept us entertained and safe theough the whole trip. He has amazing energy and a great driver taking us up and down some thrilling roads and chatting to us at drink stops and sharing many fun stories. Highly recommended! Pedro you are a legend!

As a family of 7 including a 2 year old, this vehicle was perfect. Very comfortable with plenty of room for us all. Roberto was very informative and great fun. The tour took us to places we hadn’t been before. We would highly recommend Roberto for your tour to see this wonderful island!

We’ve been to Madeira 4 times, and this was truly one of our favorite experiences. What a beautiful way to view the island from another angle, and at the same time see some wildlife. From start to finish we are so happy with this experience, everyone on the team were so kind and helpful. Everything was thoroughly explained and the boat was beautiful. Amazing experience! 🐋🐬 We really enjoyed the whale and dolphin watching tour. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Seeing the dolphins and whales in their natural habitat was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. We had an amazing full-day Jeep tour of Madeira with Jazz as our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day so fun and relaxed. We got to see so many beautiful parts of the island that we would never have found on our own, and Jazz did a great job tailoring the day to what we wanted to see. He gave us clear expectations of what to do at each stop, and kept the day running efficiently without us getting stuck in huge lines or crowds. Highly highly highly recommend this tour, and especially Jazz!

This tour sets itself apart from the others by caring about its clients and ensuring they truly enjoy the day! Roberto was very informative and friendly. He even came by our hotel to get us where other tours would only meet us at a bus stop which we were unfamiliar with since this was our first trip to Madeira. Six stars!

We had a very informative and pleasant day with Roberto and the other four passengers. When the road was closed due to an event occurring at Pico Areeiro, he quickly pivoted and took another route. Very upbeat and organized, the van was very comfortable, driving was excellent, and he nimbly switched from speaking Italian to English, including all of us. He even picked us up at our hotel vs the previous tour who had us go to a bus stop we weren’t familiar with. He was very knowledgeable and after the tour, gave us an authentic, local dinner place to try for dinner. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend !
