The Park has beautiful views and having a tour guide made it amazing. He was very knowledgeable and his stories were awesome. Aaron, our guide, was the perfect touch to an amazing day. This trip will be a memory we talk about often.

We had the best tour specifically looming for wildlife in Yellowstone. Our guide, Hannah, was phenomenal! Her background and experience complemented this tour so well as she had such great knowledge to share. We could not be more thankful for our experience!

It was a perfect way to end our 4-day trip to Yellowstone. Hannah expertly curated an itinerary which let our disparate group members see a number of animals and amazing areas which we had not been able to see or get to earlier. And it was her remarkable knowledge as a wildlife biologist, and passion for the park and its animals, that truly made it a once in a lifetime experience.

It was a very interesting experience. If you are interested in nature and the outdoors. Yellowstone and the Grand Teton national parks are beautiful. The time of year, late September, was great. Less crowds and trees turning colour, temperatures comfortable! The only difficulty experienced was that I was unable to reach the tour operator for weeks prior to the trip, using the Cool Destinations platform. Despite several attempts. I eventually got the Cool Destinations rep to contact them directly, after which I got a response to my questions. This made my trip planning stressful. Overall I was happy with the tour guides/drivers and the trip.

My husband and I went on a full day private tour of Yellowstone. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guide Justin. He was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely passionate about the park. He shared so much interesting information about the wildlife, history, geology and beautiful sights of Yellowstone and he knew exactly where to take us for some truly memorable views. Justins enthusiasm and knowledge really brought Yellowstone to life for us and made the entire experience relaxed, enjoyable and fun. We saw and learned so much more than we would have on our own. I highly recommend Justin and CoveredGround Tours for anyone visiting Yellowstone. Justin was an outstanding guide and truly helped make our trip unforgettable!

The guide and the whole experience were great! Our guide was very experienced and really knew how to make the best of the time that we had in Yellowstone. We were very fortunate to actually see a grizzly bear walk right out in front of our vehicle. We also saw numerous bison and a large herd very close to the road. Yellowstone is extremely large with a lot of places to see. Having a knowledgeable guide was a key to maximizing the experience. We frequently explore on our own when traveling. I would highly recommend a guided tour for your first visit to Yellowstone.

Brayden was an amazing guide on our trip to Yellowstone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our entire experience. He came prepared with snacks and drinks and was went out of his way to show our group "extra" sights and took multiple pictures for us. As far as Yellowstone, I can't describe the beauty of this great nation's first national park. We only got 5 hours of sleep the night before (I don't recommend that) but having someone else drive around the park was a great experience. One thing I would advise anyone going to Yellowstone...pack your own lunch! The lines at the Old Faithful cafeteria was a bit too long and the food was just okay. Other than that, it was an amazing trip and we will likely do it again!!

Guide was excellent. Only drawback was he was hard to hear. He could have had some kind of sound system in the vehicle. Many elderly folks with hearing aides including myself.

Mark is animated, thoughtful, and knowledgeable and we covered a lot of ground. We stopped at key spots and Mark was patient in finding animals far away or on ledges, which was amazing. We would not have spotted many of the things on our own. The history and animals facts about the park made this a memorable experience.

An amazing trip! Completely customizable, it was our second day in the park and he accommodated our trip to show us new adventures! The guide was friendly, knowledge, shared a lot of information about the park that you'd never get form other tour guides, he honestly did everything possible to make sure we had the most amazing day ever! I can't think of a thing to complain about

We had a fantastic time on our two park tours with Tim last week! He was a wealth of knowledge, sharing fascinating facts about the park's history, wildlife, and geography as we ventured into incredible spots like Hayden Valley, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and Mammoth Hot Springs. We had downloaded the Cornell Merlin Bird ID app in preparation for our trip, but with Tim’s encyclopedic knowledge of birds, we didn’t even need it!Thanks to his expertise and the great equipment provided (including high-quality binoculars and spotting scopes) we were able to spot bison, bears, mountain goats, and elk.The tour vehicle was fully stocked with everything we could need, including delicious boxed lunches, snacks, and a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. We felt well taken care of on both days and would highly recommend booking with Tim.
