What To Expect
Discover the ancient art of Lecce stone, the material that gave life to the splendid Baroque monuments of Lecce. Accompanied by local master craftsmen, you can choose between two different experiences:
Basic Workshop (1 hour): discover the secrets of Lecce stone and make a small artifact to take home.
Advanced Workshop (2 hours): learn more about traditional working techniques and experience the real sculpture of Lecce stone.
The workshop takes place in the heart of the historic center, a few steps from the Basilica of Santa Croce. An authentic experience to learn about one of the most fascinating craft traditions of Salento.
