Fun experience with Tomaso, we learned to make 2 pastas , I was little disappointed as we did not make raviolis or the fact we didn’t make the sauce but that was momentarily. Tomaso made the experience enjoyable and the backdrop of scenery was stunning. Best views and delicious home cooked meal !

Francesco was a wonderful host. Myself and my wife thououghly enjoyed the experience of understanding the process of making organic extra virgin olive oil and how to taste and identify quality olive oil from Francesco's place. The tasting of the meats, cheese and the delicious mini pizzas with the different olive oil's was excellent along with the instructional video, all topped off with a refreshing glass of Dolí Porsecco. Well worth the visit and experience.

Ovan was fabulous. Very welcoming and professional and skillfull. He made sure everyone was included and assisted us all individually to make some great traditional Sardinian pasta. He then cooked ot with some fantastic sauces. We then sat down to a sumptuos feast with fantastic views. Would definitely recommend.

Being First generation Italian American had me in tears when I first saw the location . So welcoming, beautiful, kind and amazing. The Hostess understood exactly how I was feeling . Sometimes your glad your parents moved for a better future but at the same time you are living a completely different life because of culture and adjustment. I know its one time visit (maybe) but to experience it with my daughter , who is just as much as Italian then I am . We loved it!! the food was delicious, the scenery gorgeous. The company fun and pictures "wow" !!! take my word for it " La Dolce Vita"

If you are looking for an authentic experience along the coast of Baunei, this sailboat tour is simply unmissable. The skipper is an extraordinary person: professional, courteous, very nice, and also a great chef, capable of preparing a truly delicious traditional Sardinian lunch. During the day, he doesn't just take you to the most beautiful coves, but tells legends, curiosities, and local stories that make every stop even more special. You can perceive his enormous experience of the sea right away. One of the most exciting moments is when he turns off the engine and hoists the sails: suddenly, only the sound of the wind and the sea remains. He also involves the guests in the maneuvers, making you feel part of the crew and giving you the authentic pleasure of sailing. The return at sunset is the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable day: you return to land relaxed, with your eyes full of wonder and the feeling of having experienced something unique.

We did struggle to find the boat, since there wasn’t someone who met us like the other crews. But once we went on the boat and met the crew, we knew this was gonna be a good day. Loads of snorkling, swimming, good lunch and beautiful places, no rush. The crew always had a laugh, and had good knowledge about the area, and the food/drinks. They always wanted the best for us, great service😊

Corina is a knowledgeable chef. She made everything easy and accessible.The best part of the class was learning to roll sardinian gnochetti and stuffing ravioli. We had a lovely time and the food was delicious. The only improvement would have been to also make the sauces and also make a sardinian dessert instead of tiramisu. But host and her husband Simone were perfect hosts-friendly, warm and fun! Highly recommended!
