Amazing experience with this family run winery. Absolutely a must go, and worth making a special trip this beautiful area of Italy for this. Antonio and his mother Antonia (and their sweet puppy) were excellent hosts. The vineyard tour was just long enough to appreciate the background of their wine, the cooking experience was engaging and fun, and the wine was delicious! It was a wonderful morning and afternoon - time well spent with a local family that is passionate about their craft. They were extremely accommodating for our 1 year old son who accompanied us. Well worth the fair price for the experience.

Fabulously fun foodie experience
This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The host Adriana put us at our ease from the start, from the visit to the market to enjoying our pasta making efforts. Nonna Maria is truly amazing and made the pasta making element fun and informative. We were made to feel very much at home with the family, and loved preparing the produce with Nonna that we’d collected from the market. Being shown how to cook the sauces to accompany our pasta was great, and we will definitely be taking home those skills and sharing with friends and family. The class location is truly stunning and it’s apparent that they have paid great attention to detail. Making pasta with such fabulous views and then being served on plates that the owner had designed herself was really special. Would highly recommend this class to everyone as we had a great time and will be talking about the memories we made for many years to come .

The cooking class at Ubbipò was one of the highlights of our trip and an experience I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Italian hospitality, authenticity, and tradition. It truly felt like spending the day cooking with family rather than attending a class.Our experience started with a visit to the local market, where Adriana guided us through the local products we could choose from and even let us taste some products we didn't knew (like a local fig). After buying everything that we needed, we headed to Ubbipò: a beautiful B&B/osteria on a hill with breathtaking views over the surrounding hills and the sea.From the moment we arrived, Adriana and her family welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Nonna patiently showed us how to prepare fresh pasta, a delicious pomodoro sauce and stuffed zucchini flowers. Adriana made sure to translate to perfect English whenever needed cause Nonna only speaks italian but that made the experience only more authentic!Nonna was especially sweet for our son of 8 years old: she helped him with love and patience throughout the cooking class and turns out he is a born pastamaker :D.The class takes place mostly on their beautiful terrace, surrounded by stunning views. Also everyone of Adriana's family came to meet and chat with us during the cooking class, we really felt like home! Once everything was ready, a beautifully set table awaited us, where we enjoyed our meal, accompanied by a good local wine.If you want to experience authentic Italian family life, local food and genuine warmth, then Ubbipò is an experience you simply shouldn't miss!

Amazing Family Style Wine Tasting Experience
Went into this experience with the mindset that this was just a wine tasting event. What we had was an Italian family style wine tasting. We were introduced and informed on the different wines with an explanation and description of each wine. Each wine was unique and is distinctly different - giving you the chance to find out what you enjoy the most. There were multiple small courses of food that consisted of local ingredients and homemade meals offering such a unique experience. I very much enjoyed this experience and the family made a positive memorable impression. I highly recommend and would completely enjoy this wine tasting experience again.

Good experience but poor instructions from Cool Destinations
The title was Pasta and Tiramasu class in Vietro sul Mare. Marco was a great teacher and we made great ravioli but no time for the Tiramasu. There was one problem, and that was the instructions from Cool Destinations initially was to meet at a location called Vietro sul Mare. We took a bus to there from Solerno and arrived an hour early, but then hunted for the Cool Destinations person but after two hours, we were already an hour late to get to the correct site which was about 5 km along the Malfi Coast Road after contacting Marco. We eventually arrived an hour and a half late, but Marco was very accommodating.

Antonia was fantastic !...
Antonia was fantastic ! We arrived and she had mozzarella, a small pizza, ricotta, and bread. We sipped a bottle of wine as we prepared two different pastas and tiramisu. She went above and beyond and brought out orangechello and other bottle of wine. As inexperienced chefs she helped us throughout the whole experience and never judged. She taught us about Italian culture and her family in Salerno. We ate and talked an hour after our time ended and treated us like her own. Would definitely recommend.

Our Hike & Wine Tour with Carmine was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Stunning Amalfi Coast views, beautiful vineyards, delicious local wines, and amazing food. Carmine was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the experience unforgettable. We were also treated to the winery’s homemade limoncello — the smoothest and best we’ve had in Italy. We had the absolute best time. Anna was amazing and her home and yard were beautiful. We made gnocchi and a wonderful apple cake that was a family recipe. We tried local cheese, olives, tomatoes and salami. It was a must do for us while in Italy and did not disappoint. I would highly recommend!! My husband said it was one of the highlights of our trip. 👍👍

Excellent value. A great way to see the Amalfi Coast from the water. Lots of fun meeting people from around the world. The tour was on time and very efficient with snacks and lunch. Swimming and sights were amazing. There are three swim stops to enjoy No complaints from a couple of 70 year olds.

This was a Cook along at the home of an Italian family, up in Torchiara-Cilento, where we made fusilli to cook with out meal, and the experience and love from ”la cuoca” and her family was top notch! Wish every evening was like this! Vera very affordable and work the drive. A 4 course meal, and home made agrumello to go with the perfect tiramisu and watermelon. Couldn’t be more content!

Absolutely beautiful and secluded location near Ogliastro for a cooking class. A well prepared menu and good time to learn about local dishes. Fabio is very friendly, good at explaining and gave us a gastronomically superior lunch. Highly recommend a visit (even for regular lunch, dinner or B&B). We will definitely visit again!

Best Cooking Class I’ve ever taken!!
Cesarine’s cooking class was the most memorable experience from my whole trip in Italy. Anna and Luigi really made us feel welcome and at home. At the beginning, me and my cousin didn’t have a way to get to Cava de Tirreni. I was so nervous we were not going to make it to the class, and Luigi (Anna’s husband) offered to pick us up and drive us to Cava de Tirreni and back to the hotel once the class was over. Luigi is a sweet man and will try his best to communicate in English so you don’t feel there’s a language barrier between you. We arrived at their gorgeous home that’s decorated with all kinds of beautiful ceramics. Anna showed us her garden and all the things harvested in it (lemons, mandarins, pears, kiwis). Anna irradiates so much light, peace, and excitement to teach you. She made us feel so comfortable while learning how to make gnocchi and tiramisu from scratch and using organic locally sourced ingredients! Everything was so fresh and DELICIOUS. I promised Anna and Luigi I will come back and bring more friends and family to their class, because it really touched my heart and made me eager to keep learning about Italian culture. 10/10 experience, if you are doubtful about booking this, DON’T BE, this family is AMAZING, they really made me feel I was in a Disney movie for a second because everything was so wonderful!!
