A fun afternoon at the Bell Tower; possibly sparking an interest in doing bell ringing back in Melbourne. Knowledgeable tour guide! Cute romantic lock. And we found (and answered) the secret Hobbit riddle :-).

Absolutely loved the experience of being able to ring the bells of the tower. It was really nice to know the history behind the bells and be taught how the bell-ringers are able to sound the bells and perform a peel sequence. Nice touch be able to visit to the top of the bell tower and choose a tune for the bells to ring. Finally to receive our engraved ‘love lock’ padlock to attach to the fencing and celebrate 10 years of being together. Magic!

We were hosted by Jodi who was extremely knowledgeable and obviously very passionate about her subject and keen to make sure we enjoyed our experience. She gave us a good background in the history of the subject and the processes then shared with us how the pearls are harvested. We were able to extract our own pearl to keep which was beautiful, we didn’t expect to get to keep the pearl! We then bought a mount for it which we were delighted with. A really enjoyable couple of hours. The staff Jodi and Maddie were a great credit to the business!

Amazing experience. The day we went was a bit cloudy. The balloon went above the clouds and it was surreal. And the canola fields were so beautiful. The pilot Pete made everyone comfortable on the ride with clear instructions. The whole crew was very helpful.

Really lovely experience. Enjoyed learning about all of the bells and how they are made and played. Also the history of the bells coming over from England. It was also a nice touch to be taught to ring the bells with other visitors and how they read bell music patterns. A nice touch to be given a certificate for playing the bells. The museum displays were interesting and liked the touch of requesting a tune to be played at the top of the tower; we chose Australian anthem. At the end we attached our engraved ‘love locked’ padlock to the railings saying we had been together for 10 years. Lovely experience and highly recommended.

The Bell Tower has a fascinating history, especially relevant to UK visitors. We opted for the guided tour where Howard was brilliant and brought the story to life. Ringing the bells, which is part of the tour, was an unforgettable experience. The love lock option is a lovely experience. Views are amazing too. Highly recommend a visit.

An amazing experience. Did the Pearl harvest and found a pearl which was valued at $5,000. As per terms and conditions the staff immediately gave us a in store credit which allowed my wife to walk away with a stunning Pearl ring. Truely a must do.

It was a fantastic experience to enjoy view of Northam and above the clouds. Crew was patient and explain the process of starting to ending of balloons, navitagtion. I will rude it a gain in another city of Australia probably in Melbourne.

booked this to celebrate my sister's birthday. my second balloon ride but first one with this company- it was absolutely FANTASTIC! everything was planned perfectly, the staff are friendly, funny, approachable, professional. the meeting point is easy to find. the shuttle bus, balloon and gear are all in good condition. the company put a big focus on safety- both for them and us as clients. everything was done within the planned timeframe- with lots of laughs, jokes and stunning views that will stay in my mind and heart forever! cant wait to fly again!! 🌈🌻💯

Everything was really good and felt good to get involved with the setup and packing away. Peter was an awesome pilot (if that’s the correct term) very funny and just made the experience a lot better which his knowledge of flying a hot air balloon.
