Spectacular views, good company, cool zipline, and rappelling
This is my second time rock climbing via Ferrata, which is super safe, comparable with my experience in the Austrian Alps. Leo and Vale were excellent guides, knowledgeable, prepared, helpful, patient, considerate, kind, and most of all, fun! They took plenty of pictures, but I brought a harness to record my climb hands-free with my phone. A GoPro is another good option. There is an optional drone service, which was well worth the 850 pesos. The view was gorgeous, the climb was moderately challenging, and starting early was good to beat the heat. Even with a 5 am pickup from my hotel there was still a line of climbers ahead, so try to arrange an earlier pickup if possible. So there was some waiting, when we could savor the view and chat, sing songs, tell stories, etc. We were lucky with a mostly cloudy day, so it never got too hot, but make sure to pack more water than you think you need and most importantly for me, salty snacks. I would do this again in a heartbeat when I return to Monterrey. Highly recommended!
