Brilliant museum for all the family. Museum displays were creative and informative. Tasting bar was an experience! Made all the better by our brilliant guide Judith. She was absolutely brilliant. Warning - may feel unwell after the chilli tasting!!

If you come here, ask for Alexander (the guide from NYC & Moscow). He punished our sensory organs thoroughly.-1pt for not appreciating death metal +11pt for the giving us a detailed cultural/historic context on everything we suffered to choke downIf your girlfriend's coming here, be afraid.10/10 & well deserved

Great stuff, great stuff to taste, great experience. Alexander was the guy who who was giving me the stuff to taste and he was very fun. Drank a lot of milk. Great (and painful) hot sauces.

One of the highlights of our trip to Malmö! The concept is brilliant, the exhibits are fun and thought-provoking, and everything is very well presented. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. They really made us feel at home. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this museum!

It was an incredible time with vomit victim #753.. The exhibit is extremely well done, culturally sensitive, it is a great build up from reading about and seeing what is seeing as disgusting in different parts of the world, and then smelling and taking the optional tasting tour. It is enlightening and the staff was fun and very enthusiastic. Never has vomiting been such a delightful time

Very pleasant and interesting. Although the "disgusting food" exhibit is, in general, less visually striking than I perhaps expected, there are many that are quite curious. The tasting part becomes very fun, thanks to the staff who work there.

Absolutely vile! Definitely recommended for people curious about food and food culture. Great experience, even though I almost threw up a couple of times (but I think that is on purpose).The exhibit is good and interesting. The second part of the exhibition lets you smell some of the foods (I did the first and skipped the rest - almost threw up again).My mate told me the cheeses smell the same but different strengths, so smell a cheese and smell a fish may be the way to go. (although you should smell and taste both hákarl and surströmnin, because, rotten fish, why not?).The last part lets you taste some of the foods (if you dare). The caramel butter, Vegemite and the licorice was nice. I didn't dare to try the rest.

The museum was smaller than I expected, but it was still worth a visit. The best part was definitely the tasting!! The staff were great. Special thanks to Alexander. They even put on a little show for us outside and opened a can of surströmming!

Went with wife and a 16-year old.16-year old: fund but ”too much too read” (Kids today…)We expected more smelling stations, more interactivity. There were only a handful or so.

Great and interesting museum. Alexander our guide during the "tasting" did a great job. We had a lot of laughs and did not make it to the end..... Go there and experience your self and ask for Alexander.

Great fun experience. Many interesting facts about different "dishes" and their separation. The tasting at the end was very challenging for all the peppers. Our supervisor Alexandre had a lot of compassion for our perseverance and a good dose of humor we laughed a bit. highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience. We are the two English guys Adam and Matt. We completed the taste challenge at the end of the visit especially the chilli tasting. The guy host at the start of the challenge was interactive and then the woman who continued our experience at the end along with the chilli challenge was very engaging with us and wanted to see my pictures from our trip to Scandinavia. Hugely recommended and shout out to all the staff 10 out of 10

Spent an hour here looking (and smelling) all the foods on display and then trying 20 different disgusting foods at the tasting bar. My 12 year old son loved this and those who get to complete the challenge can spin a wheel to win a prize. He won a t-shirt so was very happy. Plus he enjoyed tasting everything!!
