the Western Waterpark was pure fun for all ages with slides, wave pools, and family areas . I can’t recommend it enough!

It was an amazing experience for my boys (age15). They went off & I only saw them when they were hungry. Suitable for all ages.

Brilliant day out. Not too busy and loads of places to sit and take own picnic. Teens loved the rides and parents loved the sun loungers. You have to pay extra for loungers and parking €5 each and €7 per car. Very clean and tidy park. Very relaxing to my surprise too!

I booked aqua land by mistake and couldnt go on the day aqua land was open, i emailed at 11pm panicking and i got a response straight away, and even though i didnt book the trip through them, only the coach, they helped me out, and i got an email confirmation that everything was all sorted at 7am, worked magic. Very grateful!

We went in 2022!!! Won’t let me select that date Good for couples and family’s, me and my boyfriend at the time had a really good day! Only thing I would recommend is getting the wet shoes to protect your feet from the gritty ground

Wasn’t advised before the coach collection how long it would take nor were we told it was stopping in other places on the drop off … we were collected in can picafort at 8.30 am , and stopped along the way for other passengers and dropped some of before we hit the water park taking a total time of 2hr and 10 mins .. I highly advise booking a taxi if your as far out as we were as shouldn’t have taken any more than 50 mins to get there. They also expected to pick us up at 3.40pm after we’d only got into the park by 11am after waiting 15 minutes for the guide to collect our bands ,we stayed till it closed and luckily got an uber back although it was expensive. The water park itself is nice , the main pool is relatively big and is situated nicely near a food hut and the lockers, was disappointed with having to queue to use a lazy river and that there was hardly any floats meaning you were only allowed round once on them,unless you had a fast pass of course , people cutting queues was a NIGHTMARE ! staff did as much as they could but in all fairness there isn’t enough staff to customers. They work very hard trying to make it fair for everyone it’s just unfortunate not all holiday goers have any manners …

Ok it was fun but having paying anotjer 25 euro for skipping queue was uneuropean

Great day out in the sun. Lots of pools and slides to keep everyone busy. Plenty of changing rooms with showers. Lockers also avalialbe for a small cost. As it was early May when we went park was very quiet and was no queuing for any of the attractions.

We were delighted with the day. The slides are amazing and heart stopping. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful.

Park is good but not enough rings and Matt’s for the busy rides.Food is over priced and not great quality, take a picnic but don’t be put off.

Great selection of slides at the park. The park was in a convenient area to travel to from Santa Ponsa. I would recommend this

Just back from the park and what an experience. October is obviously quieter for the park which is brilliant as no real queues and even better today because it was such a hot day! Slides are amazing, Grand Canyon is just the best.. The only recommendation I would make it’s perhaps changing the wooden stairs up to the multi slides- to me it felt a bit unsteady but other than that a mega day out- everyone loved it! Would highly recommend for a great day out.

We got there at 10am and it was not busy. Became busy around midday. We did manage to go on all the rides, some even twice! At midday the ground is very hot. Food and drink is expensive. Small coke 3.90 euro. We had our towels on the grass to avoid the 5 euro chair price. Unfortunately I stood on an insect and got stung. First aid was quick and simple, fixed in no time. I got the bus back to Palma no troubles. There is fast track here iif you want to pay an extra 24 euro. Park wasn't too busy so glad we didn't. I enjoyed it.

Having read some of the reviews i was dreading the day at this water park (no shade/ too hot/ long queues). However, our boys 16 & 12 were keen to go. We booked our tickets via an operator in santa ponsa and less than an hour later were on the free bus. On arrival we located 2 sunbeds @5€ each. We did not get a fast pass, I noticed you can buy them once in the park I also noticed they had sold out at one point. We queued a long time for the family raft (grand canyon I think it was and it it was over in seconds), the boys went bare feet, me and Dad wore water shoes (you can buy these from the shop and they are priced similar to the price at the resort). Other than the lazy river the rest of the slides were fairly quick. 1 large Coke, 1 pint lager 3 ice lollies circa 20€. The park could do with more shade that said we managed to stay out of the sun when we wanted too. Plenty places to buy food ( pricey) and the queues are not too long. Plenty of clean toilets. Despite dreading the day I really enjoyed it as did the boys. We were there until closing at 6pm. Our free bus collected us soon after.

Three of us went here, we’d been told it was worth it. Couldn’t believe how high some of the slides were and the kids are not scared ! So we looked like right twits. Spent all afternoon. Had lunch fast food bit pricey but hey, it’s what you expect. Great place for energetic kids and fun loving adults.
