I treated myself to a massage followed by time in the spa, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was designed to help you switch off. The spa has a no-talking policy, creating such a peaceful atmosphere that I was able to completely escape from the outside world.My massage was absolutely wonderful—authentic, deeply relaxing and one of the highlights of my visit. Every member of staff made me feel genuinely cared for, and I was treated like royalty from start to finish.I loved being able to sample the different herbal teas throughout my visit, and every little detail had been thought of. Complimentary shampoo, cleanser, moisturiser and even disposable combs were provided, so there was nothing you needed to bring or worry about.The spa was also perfectly managed and never felt overcrowded. At several points I had the pools entirely to myself, making the experience feel even more luxurious.This place is a true hidden gem. If you're looking for somewhere to completely unwind and recharge, I can't recommend it highly enough. I genuinely can't wait to return.

From start to finish you will feel relaxed and well looked after. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. The Hammam is beautifully designed and feels luxurious. The changing room have everything you need. The massage was excellent, very relaxing and I enjoyed every minute. I would highly recommend visiting and I would love to return someday.

Quiet voices seem to be the theme here. The staff maintains the vibe by speaking softly so as not to disturb others. It was a good experience here, taking a bath and getting a massage. There is a warm pool, a small cold one, a warmer small pool, a steam room, and showers. The massage was relaxing and met my expectations. The staff was professional. You need to generously apply body moisturizer as the water experience can leave certain skin types, like mine, dehydrated and dry. The location is at the bottom of an apartment building near the Plaza Espana. It is an easy walk from the center of the old town.

A nice experience but a little disappointed by the lack of privacy whether for baths or massages. Passing a person who gets massaged, I found it average. It's kind of the factory. On the other hand a very nice welcome, nice bath and music, very well realized massage and tea is excellent.

Excellent experience. The treatment I received was the best. I recommend it 100%. The massage therapists super respectful and attend to the need or what the person who will receive the massage wants.

My husband and I booked the package for the baths, body scrub and massage. This was a first for us for this type of experience and we were not disappointed. My husband loves a massage but I always decline owing to back problems. The two masseurs were so accomodating with them adapting the body scrub and massage so that I could receive what I could manage. It was a lovely relaxing way to spend a few hours. My husband added it was one of the best massages he has had and he's had a few. Many thanks Hannah and Willie.

Fantastic experience. Everyone so welcoming and friendly. The baths themselves are brilliant, three different pools going from cold to hot. Hot stone slabs and tea available whenever you want it. Particularly liked that it was limited in numbers so its not crowded. The scrub and massage were special. All in all a wonderful experience. I will return again!

A fabulous experience from the moment we stepped through the door. The staff and atmosphere were brilliant. The scrub and massage were out of this world. We were floating for hours afterwards. We only wish we were able to stay for longer.

We weren't sure what to expect and are so glad we went! You start by having a guide escort you to the changing room with a shower. After changing into your swimsuit, you take a quick shower and wait on a heated stone bench (very relaxing). You can then choose between an cold plunge, moderate temp or warm bath, going back and forth between each one. The massage therapist comes to get you and takes you to massage tables divided by curtains, where you receive your massage. After, you can go back to the baths. It was something different to do and worth a visit!
