Lorenzo offers an excellent tour which appears to be away from most other tours, making his feel a more tailored approach with local history. His ability to connect the buildings with historical references makes the past feel tangible in an engaging way. Lorenzo also took us through doorways you would normally not notice. I would easily recommend this tour with Lorenzo and the addition of a drink/comfort break was a huge bonus.

We booked the Lecce Ultimate Street Food Tour on the day of, and it turned out to be a great decision! Our guide Valentina was warm and helpful, she moved easily between the food and the history, so every stop came with a story about who makes it and why it matters in the Salento.Over three hours we ate our way from Porta Rudiae to the amphitheatre: tasting taralli, pasticciotto and caffè leccese, puccia stuffed to order, pittule fresh out of the fryer, and gelato to finish, with a glass of local wine ands beer along the way. the portions were generous and added up to dinner.

What a marvellous day! Visiting the four places that comprise this tour by public transport is not easy. So when I saw it advertised and they accommodated me as a solo traveller after a quick email, I was over the moon. The guide, Stefano, was amazing- so informative, jolly and ready with recommendations for lunch and gelati. His knowledge of the places was detailed and brought everything to life. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Bravissimo, Stefano!

Fabulous experience
Stefao was a brilliant guide, knowledgeable of the local area and friendly. He was also a careful and considerate driver, and his car was very nicely air conned. Pick up and drop off was so easy, including driving back to give me a forgotten gift of pasticciotti I had left in his car, and communication was always seamless.We were able to see a lot in one day, which was great fro my boyfriend who had never been to this part of Italy. It is a small group which means that it feels tailored and you can all appreciate the views, hear what is going on, and go into monuments and churches with no issues. We also had good time for ourselves. Would recommend, definitely worth it.
