Fantastic day with JD! This was a tour we had done in 2025 and we came back with friends to do it again and everyone loved it! Highly recommend this wonderful tour.

What an incredible tour - maybe my favorite ever! Stanley is such a good guide. What's best about this tour is the variety. He explains some history, you learn a lot about the city, and he walks you through the major religions of India. You also get to try incredible food throughout. We had such a wonderful time with Raveena. She not only showed us how to cook delicious Indian dishes, but also shared meaningful insights about the culture behind the food. Whenever we had questions, she answered them with personal stories and experiences, which made the class even more engaging and authentic. It was truly a pleasure meeting her, and we would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning both Indian cooking and culture.

We did the cooking course and I would highly recommend it. Boby and his wife were very accommodating and gave us lots of recommendations. We learnt how to cook local food and we ate with them which was great. They also showed us the homestay which looks lovely, perfect central location and has the best roof top in Jaipur old town! This was easily one of the best food experiences I had in Delhi — and it was so much more than just a food tour. They are Delhi locals who have been doing this for more than 11–12 years, and you can immediately see how well-known and respected they are in the local market. From the rickshaw drivers to the food vendors, everyone seemed to know them.This was especially important for me because I had previously tried exploring the area by myself. Honestly, it was completely different. When I was alone, people constantly approached me and it could feel overwhelming. With the hosts, I felt safe, comfortable and welcomed throughout the entire experience. Because they know the area and the people so well, we could explore the hidden streets and local food spots of Old Delhi without feeling uncomfortable.We also had access to places and a local mega kitchen that I would never have found as an independent traveller. These are the kinds of experiences that make a Delhi cultural tour memorable — you get to see the food, people, traditions and everyday life of the city beyond the typical tourist attractions.For me, this was much more than a street food tour in Delhi. It was a combination of Indian food, local culture, history, markets and authentic Old Delhi life.The experience was also excellent value for money considering how much you get to see, taste and learn.If you are visiting Delhi and can only do one food or cultural experience, make this one. We really liked the cooking class with this family. We got a private class where we coud cook by ourselfs. We made three meals as well as rice, chapati and a dessert. The meals were relativly simple every day dishes, that you hardly get in restaurants. However, you can also ask to cook other recipes, if you want. At the end of the class, they will send you the recipes, so you can retry at home. Everything we coocked, tasted great. It was a very authentic cooking class in the home of a wonderful indian family.

I had the most wonderful experience joining Harshita for a cooking class in her home in Jaipur. I was warmly welcomed into her home like an old friend which made me feel completely at ease. Together, we cooked up a delicious feast of Indian classics, with Hashita guiding me step by step in a very hands-on and interactive way.The spice levels were thoughtfully adjusted to suit my sensitive Western stomach, which I really appreciated, and I still felt like I was getting an authentic taste of Indian flavours. The class was not only about cooking but also about connection—sharing stories, laughter, and culture.After all the fun in the kitchen, i was joined by Monty and their young daughter and we sat down together to enjoy the meal Harshita and I had prepared, which was such a special highlight. It truly felt like being part of their family for the day.I can’t recommend this experience enough—it was amazing from start to finish. Throughout the tour he shared interesting stories about the city’s history, explained different cultural and religious traditions, and was happy to answer all sorts of questions about life in India. You never felt like he was reciting a script—it was more like exploring the city with a knowledgeable local.The food stops were all fantastic, with a good variety of dishes that we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. JD also did a great job of making everyone feel at ease, especially those of us visiting India for the first time.
