Great evening tour, especially as it was a couple of degrees cooler from the heatwave. Martin was our tour guide and, against the odds, he managed to relocate us all perfectly and on time due to Club Brugge’s celebrations in Markt Square! The tour lasted nearly two hours. It was a really comfortable, steady walk in the heat. Martin was very knowledgeable, funny and an excellent storyteller. Great tales of the Dark Side of Bruges and its history. The tips based fee is a great idea as it makes it accessible for all. Go through Legends website itself or you’ll pay a fee to a platform that the guides don’t see a penny of. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a great Photo Tour in Bruges on February 7th. Andy spent three hours teaching us smartphone photography while sharing interesting history about the city. We were a group of eight guys on a fun weekend trip, and this was definitely a highlight. Clear explanations, great photo spots, and even a good lunch tip for the next day. Highly recommended!

We went on a night walking tour “the Dark side of Bruges”. Our guide Mr. Martin explained everything in a very good manner and we really enjoyed his way of explanation. No boredom and he took us through the tail which is not usual. We enjoyed it a lot.. I will definitely recommend this tour and especially Mr. Martin.

"Shades of Brugge" Photo Tour with Andy McSweeney was just brilliant. My only request is that I had not done a night photo like this earlier so photography would have been better from the start of our European holiday. I went on the tour in the hope of learning at least one new tip and be taken to something perfect photo spots in Bruges. Andy provided lots of guidance and tips during the trip that I will take forward in my photography journey. Also, the locations taken were just awesome with a couple hidden gems. Would highly recommend connecting with Andy if you are in Bruges for a photo tour you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Andy, for a great tour.

Thanks for the cookie at the end of the tour. Same feedback as the other night tour, please clarify the distance between the beginning and end points of the tour. I had a great private tour with Andy in May 2024. His easy-going manner and great location & composition advice helped jump-start my photography of not only Brugge but the other towns I visited on my trip. I also learned a lot about the history of the town and the local culture as well as getting some great tips on local restaurants and beer!

My husband book an evening photo tour with Andy - it was wonderful! I'm not a photographer but came along as the "plus 1" as I knew it would also be informative and interesting. Andy took us to some key photo spots as the light changed through the evening. My husband enjoyed learning from Andy's experience and his "tips" to improve the photos. It was a fun evening that we both enjoyed. Andy was very pleasant, interesting and entertaining. He also provided suggestions for places to visit / eat / drink over the next few days.

Louis was absolutely amazing. He told the stories with passion and showed us a completely different part of the lovely city brugge. Would definitely recommend the tour to anyone we even got a free beer at the end of the tour!

Although it was quite cold in January, Brugge is a beautiful city by night. Louis is a great guide and told us a lot of interesting stories about the city and its history.
