Our tour guide was very personable and was fantastic in assisting with my 90 year old mother. We visited all the places we wanted to see and he gave us all a history lesson.

Frank and his son were awesome tour guides. Some how we booked the wrong day and they still made it work for us. They let us decide where we wanted to go. Went to pink street, umbrella street which you better get some empanadas there omg so good. Went to the cathedral, Amber mining place and cigar factory. I hope Frank and his son will be out drivers next time we are here.

Fun experience to explore for a day in DR. Met great people and enjoyed the monkeys and the water fall swimming. Anna was out tour guide. Sandy was a great guy that took pictures and great personality. I told him if I get on survivor and win I will co.e back and give him some of my winning.

This was amazing! My kids are not often impressed (teenagers) and we all loved this. Guides were so helpful and kind. We had so much fun. Jump off the waterfalls, just do it, you won't regret it. The monkeys were unreal, we will never forget that experience.

We had a wonderful private tour with our guide Neil! He was very accommodating, drove safely, and was incredibly kind—especially with the kids. The chocolate factory was educational and interesting, and the fresh bananas and grapefruit were amazing (some of the best grapefruit I’ve ever had!).We visited Playa Grande and Playa Caletón—Playa Grande had strong waves like a natural wave pool, great for strong swimmers, while Playa Caletón was calm and perfect for relaxing. Lunch was absolutely delicious and everything was perfect.Neil even took photos for us, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend touring with him!

Amazing nightlife experience. Hotel pickup was smooth and on time, and everything was well organized from start to finish. The guide made the night fun, safe, and easy, and we got to see some great spots without worrying about transportation. We felt comfortable the entire time and were dropped back at our hotel with no issues. Highly recommend if you want to experience Puerto Plata nightlife the right way.

Tony of Tony Tours arranged an AMAZING tour of Puerto Plata City Tour. Caesar did a series of excellent tours where we got to experience a taste of in depth history of Puerto Plata which included a visit to the Church of San Felipe, Fortaleza San Felipe, built by the Spanish in the 16th century, We visited a manufacturer of authentic Larimar Stones which polished and made incredible larimar and amber jewelry. Caesar took us to Espigon Cigar Shop, a local cigar manufacturer where we learned about how the best quality cigars are made. His tour also included a tour of the history of Macorix rum factory. At Del Oro organic chocolate factory We learned the process for making chocolate from harvesting of coconut bean to the production of organic chocolate candy, soaps, facial creams, cocoa butters. Caesar also took us to Umbrella Street as well as the very beautiful Pasea de Dona Blanca. Of course Caesar took us shopping for souvenirs. Thistle Lodge is a well designed residence where clients are given a superb service. Rooms are spacious and impeccable clean. Toiletries were available. A very good breakfast was served. The German guy (apologies as I forgot the name) made sure to cater for a gluten free breakfast since I am coeliac. Thank you. Location is quite yet very central.

He's a great driver. It is very nice. He's on time and Flexible The vehicles are in order and clean. I highly recommend .

We rode with Edgar. Very friendly and showed us all around. It was really hot that day and was glad to have AC. He took pictures for us made sure we were happy the entire way.

Italian tour with Cristina Cristina was very kind, knowledgeable, did not rush us, and we arrived perfectly on time for the all-aboard. A very valid guide for the tour of Puerto Plata in Italian! Compliments to the whole staff, including the bus driver! Absolutely recommended!
