Awesome excursion! The hosts provided excellent service. During our drive, our driver provided in depth information on the local attractions and history as we travelled to the caves. It was so informative we cancelled another excursion bus tour as we truly felt we learned so much! The caves, aquarium and zoo were a delight. The caves do require the ability to walk down 83 steps and then back up so keep that in mind when booking. Juanita and her company are providing a bargain compared to the same cruise ship experiences. With the final leg of the excursion in Hamilton, we timed it with the Wednesday night Street festival in Hamilton and we were able to come back at our leisure. This flexibility to return on the ferry on your own time at the end of day was a plus! Super easy booking, pick up before trip right at the Dockyard and hosts were very communicative!

What a wonderful experience. Lot of steps if visiting both caves so take it easy. Guides were great and informative. If staying on the island check when cruise ships are in and avoid as very busy and I would imagine dramatically reduce experience.

It was a great experience, our tour guide at the Caves was so informative. We only did the cave part of the excursion as we wanted to see much more of the island. We learnt so much information from our driver Tony in the drive to the caves. It was all so interesting. Though we cut our excursion short Tony still gave us our ticket for whichever transportation we choice to use to get back at our ship.

Cool Destinations continues to amaze us. Whether Bahamas, Europe, New Orleans and now Bermuda all top notch. This tour was fabulously organized. Tony’s knowledge of the island and, his desire to share , was amazing. Everyone said take Ferry and save money buy your own tickets. BUT! Our tour took was right in. We did not need to wait on the line. Bus was very cimfortable. Tony was an awesome driver. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our guide was very informative. I learned several l things and that view is amazing. It was a good quick trip.

Seeing the caves live and listening to the story behind the discovery was quite fascinating. This experience was the highlight of our stay in Bermuda.

The great thing was we got to go into both caves. The bad thing was we were picked up by a man driving a taxi who did not give us much information about Bermuda at all. I had to constantly ask questions and many of them he could not answer. People that took the tour with the shift said their bus driver was constantly talking and giving them information. I was a little disappointed with the BUEII.

Caverns while good Ive seen others that are better. Must be able to walk 83 steps. Aquarium nice and zoo terrific fun. Enjoyed walk around Hamilton. Tour guide very informative.

The caves were beautiful to see, all that sulfuric formations, really amazing, very short tour, I suggest if you rent one of the electric cars, you can drive yourself instead of paying for a ride in a taxi. There are a lot of steps there so if you have any issues with your knees, etc., I would think twice there are 85 steps down and 85 steps. Up

We had a wonderful tour of the crystal caves. This site is magnificient. Our tour guide, Juanita was wonderful. She was very informative about the history and interesting sites that we passed on the way to the caves , the aquarium and the city of Hamilton. After we were dropped off in Hamilton we had about an hour to sightsee the city, have a drink and do a little shopping before taking the ferry back to the port. It was a great tour, and I would highly recommend it.

Andre was fascinating with his history of the island! Wonderful polite guide! Made the trip perfect!

Crystal Caves was amazing and Shelly, the tours guide, was terrific. We enjoyed our time in Hamilton and the ferry back to the ship at our convenience. Definitely a great excursion.

The guide was right at the end of the pier so we found our way easily. Tour is exactly as described. Caves were worth it and aquarium and zoo were delightful.
