I can't put into words on how fun and beyond my expectation this was to me. Captain Phillip was the best tour guide anyone could ask for. The weather was perfect enough we got to see manatees, sea turtles, beautiful corals and much more. Whether with someone or solo, I'll recommend every time! Lunch was provided and had extra stops to snorkel, I can't thank you guys enough! 10/10s across board!

This tour is a must-do when in Belize and was definitely the highlight of an amazing trip. The process to book the tour was simple. The team at Salt Life Eco Tours were excellent, our tour guides made it truly a wonderful and engaging experience for everyone. Great value for money. I would suggest that if you are not experienced snorkeling or you aren't a strong swimmer, make it a point to let them know and have them double check that your gear is in order.

Best snorkeling experience I’ve had by far! The reef was vibrant and full of aquatic variety. The tour guides, Chris and Alexia were entertaining, informative, and helpful in pointing out the marine life we would have missed on our own. They knew all the best spots in shark alley, the reef, the turtle and manatee locations, and more. I will make the return trip to snorkel with these guides next time in Belize.

Our day with Salt Life was absolutely perfect, right from 8:30 am all the way to 3 pm; not a second was wasted. Captain Phillip and his trusty partner Alexia showed us around every hotspot in the ocean, getting us up close and personal with rays, sharks, fish, and even manatees. This was a dream excursion and the stories and commentary throughout also provided the best comedy show. Beyond Captain Phillip’s jokes, he was also an extravagantly generous guide, allowing us to borrow his mask when struggling. When we saw not one, not two, but THREE manatees, we were alerted with a resounding BOMBOCLAT, rounding out the whole experience! To summarize, this experience was UNBELIZEABLE with the help of Captain Philip (Juan Carlos) and Alexia (Lupita)—we will be back again in no time.

So much fun. Rick and Philip are amazing and really added to the experience. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a fun snorkeling adventure.

We did the 7 stop bucket list tour and it was a great experience! Captain Loki really brought the energy and made the day. It was a nice touch that they provide you with underwater GoPro pictures, too. One negative: we called ahead because we were running late and the guy at the desk said it would be ok. When we got there, he was rude to us for being late. But then Loki showed up and brought the positive energy!

We had a fantastic day with guides Chris and Rick. We felt safe, taken care of and had the impression they only wanted the best views for us. The different stops make this trip so diverse and relaxt. We also love the fact that they are not feeding any animals but respect the wildlife as it comes. This shows a mindset towards the future of this unique reef.

Great trip to see the beautiful Belize barrier reef - friendly, knowledgeable guides helped us see and swim with manatees, nurse sharks, eagle rays and turtles as well as huge schools of reef fish.
