Truly so much more than we had hoped for! Debora is an excellent guide whose passion for her work shows through. Her knowledge is incredible and shared while you laugh and learn. The scenery is beautiful and she gives you a mini history lesson of the area throughout the day. It was a great day and you feel like you have just made a good friend! We could not have asked for a better experience! Asia and her assistant taught us how to make three different pastas. They were patient and informative for those of us who are not chefs. It was a lovely dinner and dessert. They joined us at the end of the evening to enjoy a glass of wine and good cheer. We strongly recommend this opportunity!

What a fun experience in a beautiful setting. The drive to the location is anmazing and the property itself was spectacular. Simonetta greeted us and we got started. Best cooking class experience!
This was an amazing experience! Chef Dandy and his family were amazing hosts and we learned more during this experience than any other one that we’ve done. They were hospitable, kind, generous and I high recommend. We learned to make pasta by hand (amazing!), a meat sauce that was delicious and I’ve never seen made like that, and traditional tiramisu- everything was amazing and I would sign up to do it again.

Fabio was a wonderful chef and explained everything so that we had no trouble diving right in and cooking our hearts out. The meal included wine and appetizers and dessert. Such a fun experience! We had such a wonderful experience with Giada in her pasta, panzanella, and tiramisu cooking class! It was the perfect balance of instruction and hands-on cooking, so everyone had a chance to learn while staying actively involved. We picked up a variety of practical kitchen techniques that we’ll definitely use again.The class was also very kid-friendly. Giada kept things moving at a great pace, making it engaging for both adults and children without ever feeling rushed.The setting was absolutely beautiful. We lucked out with our summer timing and were surrounded by thousands of blooming sunflowers, which made it a picturesque place to cook. Afterward, we loved gathering in the charming dining space downstairs to enjoy the meal we had prepared together. Everything we made was delicious.This was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’re excited to recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, fun, and memorable Tuscan experience!
