Simon was a fantastic guide and made my first day in Namibia unforgettable! Three-hour trip with a city tour. The city itself does not have much to offer, but the guide was very thorough. The most interesting part of the local market is the Township.

Visited to main buildings in Windhoek from colonial times through to modern. Then visit to township created during apartheid and a local food market. Then to informal settlement which houses 300000 people in tough conditions. Lastly visit to women's craft cooperative. Michael was very informative.

Great tour to get an understanding of the reality of living in Windhoek. We were briefed on the history of Windhoek then drove through the various neighborhoods that are part of Windhoek.
