Fludir 2026 Calendar of Events

Very nice, less developed then the newer lagoons like sky and blue. Alot less expensive! Nice new facility replaced the older outdated one. If you want a nice uncrowded soak this is the one.

What a great experience! The lagoon was fabulous and the 7-step ritual was fun. We planned our trip to be at sunset and it was amazing. Thought it was odd that the shot you get at the end of your ritual served as your drink though- especially given the drinks are pricey- but delicious. Definitely a great experience.

Wonderful after a long day of rafting and hiking! Grab a snack and a drink and go for a soak! Showers provided.

Showers, changing rooms and lockers were very clean. Staff were polite. Really enjoyed this Spa, has an ice pool, and is surround by little geyserwhich is pretty cool. Would recommend to any who wants a less busy choice and far cheaper option than the blue lagoon.

A lovely experience in fantastic surroundings! The price is not overwhelming (1850 DKK for 9 people) and unlimited stay Furthermore, the changing facilities were lovely and clean, and the staff were sweet and welcoming. Can highly recommend 😎

We really enjoyed this soak, the water was hotter closer to the source of the thermal pool, and cooler farther away, so you could choose the heat you wanted. Very clean and well organized. Grab a beverage before you get in because you won’t want to go back inside dripping wet and they don’t come out to take orders. Great place!

We did the Blue Lagoon, the Secret Lagoon, and the Vok Baths on our Iceland trip. We really enjoyed the Secret Lagoon. The water and the environment was really nice...but it is not as expansive as the Blue Lagoon. However, we simply enjoyed the Secret Lagoon more. It was also nice that they had a bathing suit drier....something the Blue Lagoon did not have.

An interesting location nestled among the hot springs near Fludir in Iceland's Golden Circle. Large pool with not too many people so it didn't feel crowded. The temperature was perfect (38-40C) with lots of areas to relax and feel secluded. Surrounded by hot springs (too hot to touch) with a walk way through to see the various bubbling pots and pools. Well stocked shop for snacks and drinks and clean changing rooms and showers with lockers.

Relaxing and well staffed. Amenities were great. We really enjoyed this experience. Only suggestion is plan it for end of day not the beginning, otherwise it was great.

Very nice small and clean bathroom

The Secret Lagoon has 3 pools (1 large pool @ 38-41 C, 1 smaller hot tub @ 38 C, and a cold plunge @ 6-8 C). It’s nice that there is a hot tub easily accessible after the cold plunge. The large pool didn’t feel that hot is my only complaint. It is pretty busy up until 6:30 pm to 7pm. Then they close at 8 pm.

This is a hidden gem of the golden circle and i think every tourist should visit this place! The scenery of the lagoon is immersive into the nature that is much much better than those modernistic spa centres in other parts of the country.

Lovely hot springs (HOT!). Be aware charging rooms are open and naked shower is mandatory before getting in the water. Separate men’s and women’s changing areas. We didn’t get any drinks but people were enjoying them! Worth a visit

Third time visiting this hot springs. It's about an hour and a half drive from Reykjavik and well worth the drive if you have a day to spend. (Scenery along the the route is nice also.) From downtown Reykjavik, you can rent a car for the day from the BSI bus terminal. Would recommend pairing it with a pre or post visit to the fantastic Fridheimar Tomato's restaurant only a few minutes away. The spa is nothing like the other more commercial, swim-up bar lagoons closer to the city. It's actually the oldest hot springs open in Iceland. While it can get busy, it has never felt overcrowded to us and at dusk or evening, it's magical. Highly recommend!

It is very clean soon. We were there early. We were almost alone there.

Great place, family friendly and nice & clean facilities. Good value for the price. Checkin was smooth.
