Dingle 2026 Calendar of Events

This was a wonderful excursion for our family! Being that we were driving, if it rained this is a perfect way to see the sites while staying dry. It happened to be beautiful during our trip and the outside views and activities were amazing. Star Wars memorabilia, quaint petting zoo, cliffside views, baby lambs, and more! And our tour guide Billy was incredible. We loved it

George picked us up at our B&B and was on time, he had a nice 7 person van that fit us well with room to spare. He personalized the tour to us, he was knowledgeable about each pit stop and was a great driver. He was disappointed for us the weather did not cooperate for a good sunset but we still had a great time and felt like we learned a lot on the tour. Would highly recommend this as a good way to see the sites without all the buses and tourist competing with you on the road . Also would not want to drive these roads ourselves - much worse then Connors pass.

George did a great job taking us around the island and showing us some great spots for pictures. We enjoyed hearing the history of the area.

Kumar was terrific. Beautiful clean comfortable car. He was well informed on the sights. He knew ways to skip crowds. Personable fellow, with a good sense of humor. The Dingle coast has been the highlight of our trip to Ireland so far, and Kumar had a lot to do with making it so great.

Fantastic experience! Definitely worthwhile- very intimate and personable, it's a family run business and everyone involved with the tour was passionate and informative. Very interesting to learn about crystal, and the pieces they make are beautiful- great meaningful souvenirs or gifts.

We took the 2 hour eco bay tour and it was wonderful. We saw around 100 common dolphins and 3 minky whales (including a cow and calf). The guide was knowledgeable and eloquent. Highly recommended!

We were so lucky and glad to find Steve, as we really wanted all four of us to enjoy the ride and the view! It was very easy to book with him online. We did the half-day Slea Head Drive.He was right there to pick us up at Dingle Garden Townhouse first thing in the morning. He was a great driver and provided us with a wonderful journey as well as so many historical facts about the area. We surely would have missed some of the sites he took us to had we driven it ourself. Our only regret -- we didn't get to spend more time with him! You will not be disappointed in Steve or his tour. We highly recommend him. We actually ran into him in Killarney when we were there on a jaunting car ride . . . so I am sure that any of his tours would be wonderful.

Great boat tour. Guide was very informative and knowledgeable about the area. Great communication skills and very friendly (Cuán) Kids loved it and so did the adults. Would do another tour in the future for sure if in the area. Many thanks 😊

Steve's Peninsula Tours is a private, customized tour of the Dingle Peninsula and Slea Head. We were picked up at our lodging by Steve, owner and operator, and then spent the next four hours in a fascinating drive around the entire peninsula. Since we indicated an interest in history and natural beauty, Steve took us to a variety of historic sites and made sure to stop at a number of areas that provided us a view of the beauty and grandeur of the area. His knowledge of western Ireland's history, archeology, and natural history, was invaluable. We loved this unique experience and highly recommend it. This was a wonderful way to really experience the Dingle Peninsula in a way that we simply couldn't have done on our own.

Tony offered a great mix of local history, culture, and storytelling to bring the pub culture in Dingle to life. He added Irish drinking songs and poems to engage us. He was warm and personable, like having a local friend show you the local pubs.

Fantastic experience. We arrived at 5pm on a beautiful day. We were given a bottle to feed some lambs and some feed to feed the friendly lambs, donkeys and goats. The demonstration itself was fantastic. Our guide was very knowledgeable and Captain the dog was a thrill to watch, he even herded the sheep past us! We also got to visit some beehive ruins and a cottage set up to display how ppl would have lived there in the past. The scenery is breathtaking. One if the highlights of our trip from Dingle. Just some notes - its up steep paths so not accessible for all nor accessible for buggies. Just after Éalú, a lovely café eatery that you need to book beforehand.
