Aman was friendly, very knowledgable & funny. Kept us very entertained.

Well structured, varied tour with an excellent guide (Aman) and driver (Andre). The commentary was useful with plenty of humour. The allocated times were appropriate to each stop, where places of interest were advised but you were given the freedom to do your own thing if preferred. Very pleased I chose this tour.

Absolutely amazing place, and so much to see and interact with! Plan to spend the day and pace yourself.Be warned, though. I pre-booked my ticket with Cool Destinations, but the activity provider was Paris River Cruises. IT'S A SCAM! When I turned up as instructed and showed mi 'ticket', no booking could be found. The person on the desk asked who did I book it with. I didn't even finish saying 'Cool Destinations' before she told me it was a scam.I paid the €18 and had a great experience despite the setback.

Paul was an absolute delight! Gentle, knowledgable, and still filled with curiosity for the place he has called home for 25 years. Could not recommend this tour and guide more highly! Loved everything about from the food to the history. Bilbao is officially my favourite Spanish city.

What a great experience this was… not just for the delicious food and drinks along the way, but also such fascinating insights into the stories and culture of Bilbao, both historical and contemporary. Our guide Paul was super friendly, knowledgeable and a great host. Heads up…Don’t eat before you go! There’s so much on offer and you’ll want to try it all.

A great way to spend a day learning about the history of the Basque people in Spain. Jose is very knowledgable and quite friendly. Would highly recommend this tour.

I am slightly shocked that I had to pay more through you. Next time I will stand in line and not buy online anymore. There were not many people at the ticket counter.

Leo was a wonderful guide who gave above & beyond the agreed tour, we got a message advising us to make contact via wats app prior to our booking dat which we did and he responded and gave us loads of information with exact details of how to get to our meeting place and an itinary for our walking tour. Leo also gave us a recommendation for other places of interest to see after our tour had finished and how to get back to our ship. We would 100% recommend a tour with Leo, he was really informative and helpful and also said if we needed anything for the rest of the day to just message him and he would help us if he could, which he did

Great experience with focus on the building, the exterior and several of the exhibition rooms. Love the lower room with the moment in time sculptures.

This was a private tour with Jose as our guide. It was just what we were looking for. It was relaxing, but very well organized, and there were opportunities for us to change the activity of the tour and how much walking we did, or how many stairs we walked. It was a nice day, but it was threatening to rain and it had rained overnight so some of the pathways that we went on in the morning were slippery. We appreciated Jose being flexible with us. As well, he had a very interesting presentation about politics and the governance of the Basque country as it related to Spain. He had many restaurant suggestions for us for Bilbao. We would highly recommend Jose‘s tour.

Begoñia was terrific. Food choices were amazing. Lots of walking but plenty of opportunities to rest. Great historical information.

Beatriz was very knowledgeable. The museum is fascinating. Must see if in Bilbao. World class modern art.

Leo was very knowledgable, with lots of interesting points about the history of the city. As there was only the 2 of us on the walk, it was a great personal experience.

Ines was a wonderful guide.... well informed, responsive to questions, and very knowlegable about the museum and Bilboa itself. Also, very easy to find her outside the Museum for start of tour.

Everything was lovely, the host, the group, the location, and of course the wine. Irene was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the region and what makes the wine special.

Iker was very passionate about Bilbao , it's history, it's people and it's culture. There was lots of info and he took us around the old town so we felt comfortable later, wandering around on our own. He was very helpful and kind.
