Pick up instructions: From Airport: Before your transfer, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to coordinate the meeting point. Please reply to the message as soon as you land to ensure a smooth pickup.Once you exit the airport, simply proceed to the terminal exit, where your driver/representative will be waiting for you at the pre-arranged meeting point.If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our support team for assistance.To Airport: The driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location. Please ensure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
