We work with our guests every day and we know how important it is to find your favorite wine. How to learn to talk about wine so that others understand and love wine with us.
We will taste wine from the same region and the same grape variety. Only the way of production will be different. You will be able to appreciate the influence of traditional Georgian winemaking technology on wine by taste, aroma and color.
You will taste two types of wine made from white grapes (classical way and qvevri (which is over 8000 years old) and two types of Red wine from the Saperavi variety.
