What To Expect
Tbilisi is a historic yet ever growing eclectic city, full of life, art, culture, architecture and unique scenery. This walking sightseeing tour is the perfect introduction for any visitor to better understand and appreciate Georgia’s capital city. The first stops along the way will be the world famous Holy Trinity Cathedral, Metekhi church and the monument to Tbilisi founder, Vakhtang Gorgasali. Next you’ll ride upto the Narikala Fortress in a cable car to take in the best panoramic view ofthe city. Afterwards, walk back down into the city, passing a beautiful mosque and the tempting sulfur bath houses which you’ll have time to visit later on your own. You’ll visit the Sharden neighborhood, where you’ll likely find your favorite Georgian wine bar or café. Next up you’ll make stops at the Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, and the Rezo Gabriadze Theatre before crossing the Bridge ofPeace to Rike Park.
