We may need to contact you prior or on the day of your tour. Under the Passenger Transport Act 2014 passengers of a motor vehicle that is moving, or is stationary but not parked, must wear seatbelt. All passengers under the age of 12 months must be properly secured in a rearward-facing child restraint, which can be provided upon request prior the travel along with booster cushions for older children. In compliance with Wachtl Australia's Safety Management System policy, passengers under the age of 12 are not permitted to sit in the front seat or any seat equipped with an airbag. Passengers must exercise diligence and adhere to their own duty of care. Additionally, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian.In accordance with the NSW Transport Act, the consumption of food or beverages, excluding water, is strictly forbidden on all forms of public transport, including our vehicles.
