What To Expect
Please arrive 30 minutes earlier than your schedule lesson time. The team will welcome you and get you suited up with all the gear—wetsuit, harness, helmet, and lifejacket and kiteboarding gear.
You'll head out right away by boat to a quiet, open area of Howe Sound. There, you’ll learn to control the kite, body drag through the water, and start practicing your water starts. With one-on-one coaching and steady wind conditions, you'll progress quickly in a fun and supportive environment.
Please note that kiteboarding is a wind dependent sport and your lesson time could change to reflect the wind start time.
