Everything that was promised
This excursion was better than I had hoped for! The scenery was of course amazing and the narrative was very informative- I highly recommend it!
It was a really nice trip. The boat was not crowded at all and it allowed for my family to move around and see the sights from both outside decks as well as moving inside once it got too cold. The only thing I would change is it is hard to hear the stories sometimes and there are just very small signs that tell you how to connect your phone so you can hear it better. We didn't notice the signs until half way through the cruise. Despite that it was a great trip and all employees were very welcoming and kind. I highly recommend!
It's good, however they should work on the sound because on the upper deck with only one sound box sometimes you don't listen at all... Instead of circling twice the Alcatraz Island, they should consider going to the Bay Bridge.
Activity was good! Wish we could of gotten closer though, but overall was a good activity trip.
