What To Expect
Tipsy Cooking Class - the coolest school in town! That's right, learn to cook with a cocktail in hand, in the heart of Rome. What could be better?
In this cooking class, you’ll experience two of the best things about Rome - the food, and the drinks. You’re going to make three spritzes: Aperol to start, Hugo while you’re cooking, and Limoncello to round off the experience.
Whilst our mixologist host teaches you how to make these staple Italian drinks, you will also get hands-on with cooking your own fresh, handmade spaghetti and pizza.
Mix, roll and knead your dough using locally sourced ingredients, then shape and cook. Prepare a staple Italian sauce the real way, under the guidance of a professional local chef, and enjoy pizza and cocktails as part of your experience.
Prepare to get covered in flour, a little bit tipsy, and very full of delicious food. That’s how the Romans do it.
