Meeting and Pickup
PICKUP Pickup in Rome, directly at the Hotel, apartment or B&B. If you are not able to locate your hotel, B&B or apartment please write the address on the section note. Please provide customers' mobile number at the time of booking. DROP-OFF Drop-off at the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) and/or to hotels and B&Bs in Fiumicino. Traffic permitting, the journey from Rome to the airport takes approximately 50 minutes.
What To Expect

Pickup at the hotel, B&B or apartment in Rome; please provide the address if you are not able to locate your place from the list. Please advise customers' mobile phone number at the time of booking
DROP-OFF
Drop-off at the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) - Please advise the driver of your flight details in order to identify the Terminal.
LUGGAGE
A) Luggage included: one standard suitecase and one hand-bag person
B) Standard suitcase: 70*43*26 centimeters and a maximum weight of 23 kilograms. C) Hand luggage: 40*30*20 with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms.
D) Extra luggage must be reported in advance and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
E) The company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage and reserves the right to apply supplements for excess baggage.

1) The wheelchair must be reported at the time of booking and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
2) Walking frame or mobility scooter for disabled people must be reported at the time of booking and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
3) We kindly ask you to refrain from consuming food or drinks inside our vehicles. All our vehicles are non-smoking. For special requests please contact our office or Viator Customer Service in advance.
