What To Expect
PICKUP
1) At Fiumicino airport (FCO): appointment in the lobby of the arrival terminal, the driver will hold a sign showing clients' name. At the time of booking please provide flight number and arrival time as well as customers' mobile phone number
2) At the hotel or B&B in Fiumicino: appointment in the lobby of the hotel and or at the address provided.
3) At the airport the waiting time included in the price is of 1 hour starts from the landing
4) If the flight is delayed more than 45 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee service, so please contact our office to check availability. Additional costs may apply.
5) In case of delayed baggage claim or lost luggage and related Lost & Found procedures, please contact our office to check availability. Additional costs may apply.

A) Luggage included: one standard suitecase and one hand-bag person
B) Standard suitcase:70*43*26 centimeters and a maximum weight of 23 kilograms. C) Hand luggage: 40*30*20 with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms.
D) Extra luggage must be reported in advance and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
E) The company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage and reserves the right to apply supplements for excess baggage.
