Tubing and sledding adventure

This was very disappointing. For the price we paid ( over $400) we were in the car for close to two hours on the trip up. We went to two locations as our guide was trying to find a spot ( one was closed and the other location was sold out) to go tubing. Why did he not buy tickets in advance? We ended at a location for infants with mini hills which was incredibly misleading from the description and so disappointing. The driver was looking at his phone driving which also created a sense of uneasiness. If I could rate this a zero I would. Very sad for an experience my daughter was so much looking forward to. Very very sad.
