Had an excellent trip, our tour guide Dina and driver Washington were great. The trip was scheduled for the day on New Year's eve and everything was as planned. It was a very informative tour. I was also given the option to take the upclose Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island boat trip that wasn't included in the initial package. I took the ride and it was a truly amazing experience. Brooklyn Jim was an entertaining tour guide who provided a wealth of historical information as well as some little known facts about Manhattan. I highly recommend this tour over the hop on and off variety as Jim stays with the group the entire time and is available to answer any questions you may have. There is no "down time" standing around waiting for the next available bus to arrive and take you to another attraction. We saw long lines of people waiting to board those buses and unfortunately if only 5 people get off at your stop, only 5 people can then get on, so there is a lot of wasted time to be had.
