This company is the absolute biggest rip of scamming joke of a company I've ever seen! They charged us for a ride we never even received after our flight was delayed and we were unable to reschedule with them in thier 3 hour window because we were literally in the air! The person I spoke with on chat to ask for help was BEYOND rude and when he gave me an e mail to file a company complaint with, he gave me a fake e mail! Don't trust these people with your money. They are not a good company!
