Your Vip Class take place in a beautiful and traditional location, inside an old Milanese farmhouse, but with a modern and pro-equipped kitchen. And then you will have the pleasure of sharing this experience with your loved ones or your friends, which will make your days in Italy unique and unforgettable. You will always carry with you the memory of having learned to prepare real Italian pizza in Italy. Vegan / Vegetarian Menù available. Best Toppings available in the market for your Pizzas. What To Expect
In the Vip cooking class you will learn from a Pro Pizzachef how to prepare a real Italian pizza, all secrets for a perfect dough, starting from the perfect ingredients, how to knowledge the perfect proofing time, how to bake Pizzas properly in different way(in home oven with stones,with baking tray and more), step by step, with the flavors you prefer (also using a mix of cereal flours such as Spelt ,Rye,and others).
If you have a Pizza Oven at home or just you are a Pizza fan this is the oppotunity you can't miss: the secrets you will learn in Vip Class will bring you to amaze friends and family with your Pizzas at home.
Your Cooking Class take place in a traditional and private location for lunch or dinner, in a Professional Kithcen.You will eat your Pizza and others Gourmet pizzas that I will bake for you; we will offer you Italian wine or craft beer, soft drinks and water: don't forget that's all inclusive!
