Our bus will drive you to Everglades Holiday Park, 40 minutes from Miami.Once there, experienced and knowledgeable tour guides will take you on a 1 hour narrated Airboat ride deep into the wild, across the amazing "River of Grass" to see the alligators and other wild species in their natural habitat; all from the comfort of a covered airboat. Boat captains will point out unique flora, fauna, and all kinds of amazing sights throughout the entire tour. At the end of the Alligator Presentation,you will receive a free picture.

My husband I took 4 teenagers to visit over Christmas break. The air boat ride was fun and we saw alligators and many types of birds. The guide was very informative. The alligator show was fine. Younger kids would enjoy it. There was a bunch of construction happening on the property at the time of our visit and it made getting around a little tricky. Bathrooms were pretty neglected. My biggest let down was how there seemed to no plan for COVID social distancing. The hand sanitizer stations. The place was packed! The boats were crowded. People were wearing masks.
This is a fun place to learn more about the Everglades.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The driver on our bus going to the activity was rude to most passengers, e.g. telling people they could not sit where they wanted.
He told us he would pick us up at the end of our tour at 14:00 and leave for Miami at 14:10. At 13:40 he was seen leaving the Holiday Park, with no information provided to the 50+ passengers!
Luckily we had the telephone number of the tour operator we'd used and called them. They had no idea what was happening but eventually 2 replacement coaches arrived around 15:30; one to take the Miami Beach passengers and one for Miami Downtown. The latter was our bus.
We set off in convoy and after about 20 minutes we came to a halt. The Miami beach coach, driven by Mr Angry, had broken down with no aircon. So all the Beach passengers joined our coach; with Mr Angry now driving! We got back to our hotel about 2 hours later than scheduled. Any compensation from the tour operator (Safari Tours)? You must be joking.
Luckily, our hotel, the InterConinental came to our rescue.
