Overview
Our yoga class is held on the beach in the shade, overlooking the sea, so you can constantly enjoy a nice seabreeze and a stunning view. We will make sure that you are in safe place and we will help you with hands-on adjustment during the activity. The breakfast will take place at Il Chiringo Restaurant on the beach where great quality food helps us to nourish our body.
Starting your morning like that will make you feel totally relaxed and energized for the whole day!

What To Expect
We start the day with a 1,5 hour Hatha-Vinyasa style yoga on the beach in a chilled environment.
Our main focus during our work is on our clients. You might be stiff, weak, inflexible or had an injury - we always try to adjust the yoga classes to everyone’s needs. We help every single individual to find the correct alignment and to feel the biggest benefits of the postures. With this personal touch, we make sure that you are in a safe environment even if it’s your first time trying yoga.
Our goal is to guide you towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle with the help of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation. We believe that food intake is extremely important too, so after the yoga class, you can enjoy a delicious, healthy and nutritious breakfast provided by Il Chiringo Restaurant with a choice of fresh orange juice or coffee or tea.
