Shop and Shuttle Las Vegas

I booked a tour for the Shop and Shuttle Las Vegas, thinking that we would be able to see and hop on and off as wanted. Well, it was 106 degrees outside. We took a Lyft to Circus Circus. When we got there, we saw the Big Bus representative and went right over there to talk with him. When I handed him the voucher, he had never heard of the Shop and Shuttle Las Vegas Tour. He went on and on about how he'd never even seen a voucher like this before, blah, blah, blah. I was trying to encourage him to at least read what the voucher said. He was reading it, but still didn't know what to do, nor how to do it. I called the local number 702-466-6857. The message said to send a text with any questions, I did. The reply said that if I had any questions about the bus rotation, to call the main office at 702-685-7410, which I did. I spoke with the manager, and she also said that she wasn't aware of this tour and asked me to take a picture of the voucher and any other paper work I had and send it to her. done. She asked to speak with the Big Bus representative. I gave him my cell phone, and they were trying to figure out what to do. Needless to say, I did get on the double decker bus. I was told that they only stopped at the premium outlet malls, and that I should get off at the Linq hotel and wait 30 minutes for the next bus to see what mall they went to. I finally got a brochure and saw that the red bus and blue bus only made 1 stop each to an outlet mall. So, while waiting 40 minutes for the next bus, I called Lyft again so that I could go to a mall. That trip cost about 10.38 cents to go to the Fashion Show mall. I didn't receive a BVA booklet, a VIP savings offers, nor a redemption card. I spent 87.98 for this tour. I really don't understand how the tours are scheduled with a shuttle bus company who has no idea about the tour, and better yet, never even heard of it. I just can't believe that out of alllllll the people that visit Las Vegas, they never heard of the Shop and Shuttle Las Vegas tour!!!! I'm just speechless............
