Every single person who worked on the day of our Excursion were extraordinary at their jobs and best customer service I have had in a very long time.
JUST PLAIN OLD BEAUTIFUL!!! THE VIEWS, left me in AWWW MODE. To go into this area is a fee. Which provides you with a bus ride inside. Skywalk IS EXTRA. They also provide helicopter tours with boat rides that has to be reserved (Books up FAST). SELF GUIDED TOURS. Buses are wheelchair friendly. Food sold at each stop. Travelled by car to this location, NO REGRETS.
Sat in the front next to the pilot; had the BEST view! It was so fantastic and seemed to last longer than 8 minutes. My girlfriend who is afraid of heights sat in the back corner. She did not plan on viewing much because of her fear. The whole helicopter team made her feel so comfortable, that she kept her eyes open, and enjoyed it also. The boat ride also seemed to go on and on, and had great views. We had so much fun! The whole trip was well worth the cost. The only down side (if at all a down side) was the walk to and from the boat. And that was only because of my bad knee, general arthritis, and shortness of breath. There were steps and slopes and small rocks. Most of it had rails. I was able to navigate, just had to move slowly. Everyone was very helpful and patient. We did not want to add the meal. We brought sandwiches and ate them in the car before catching the shuttle bus to the actual Grand Canyon Rim (after the helicopter and boat rides). Thank you so much, and will definitely do it again!

Worth doing the boat ride, the check in and flight process ran very smooth.
This was the absolute worst experience. After renting a car and driving for 4 1/2 hours, I got there in time for my 2:20pm helicopter and boat ride. They put me in a bus with the wrong tour, only to get sent back to the terminal to find out they cancelled my trip. They said if I was on time (which I was), that was the last boat ride because of the heat. They offered a 12 min helicopter rude, but at a extremely high price where the time didn’t add up to the price. They gave me a refund and didn’t even offer to give me a band to just stand at the rim to view the canyon. They wanted to charge me $50! I was so upset. I ended up driving back 4 1/2 hours without seeing the Grand Canyon. Terrible customer service and a total waste of time and money.
It is really really disappointing that I booked my Grand Canyon tour with you guys. PATHETIC. Here is my feedback.We are a party of four and as stated in the terms and condition to report 30 mins prior boarding, we reached an hour before and checked in at the reservation counter. Andrew (Papillon) representative there told us as we are early, he is going to put us at 11:00 AM helicopter. We are really very happy because we can complete the tour earlier and return to Las Vegas to take our return flight. However, this is the ONLY happy thing, and the wait continues. Suddenly we witness, some groups reached later than us are being given rides first and we continue to wait. Upon asking the representative, it was told to us that these are VIP tours and need to accommodate first as they have return flight timings and this is a COMPANY POLICY. It seems we do not have any value for time. There after other parties whose ride times are later than us (11:30 AM, 12:00, 12:20 PM are accommodated before us and we keep on waiting. To top it off, Andrew actually handed the tickets of the 12:30s right in front of us to them so that we would go last in the line.It seems Andrew does this purposely, may be because we are INDIANS/Black because I observed the same behavior with to another similar party. The same behavior continued from the person attending to the flight takeoff, atleast for us. He kept us waiting for an extra chopper even though there was one standing right there, which he loaded with the next party. There is no network there, so no option of calling any other customer service for help.Due to the above mismanagement our whole helicopter tour got delayed by more than 2 hours. We are really thankful to the ground crew and other passengers on our way back who helped us by giving their chopper flight as we have a return flight. In turn we missed the other Grand Canyon points like Skywalk, Eagle and Guano point for which we have purchased the ticket.I would like to ask 2 questions:1. If VIP tours needs to be accommodated (As per COMPANY POLICY) in spite of a scheduled tour which has been paid, booked and ticketed, why this is NOT mentioned under terms and conditions. If this would have been mentioned, I would not have taken the tour.2. Even if the tour got delayed due to some reason how come the later scheduled tours are accommodated first.There is NO ZERO rating else I would have rated the same in Google and Tripadvisor. Maverick would have been a better option.To all who are taking Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour please use Maverick. They are far better than this.
BAD EXPERIENCE, period. Andrew went out of his way to make sure of it.
We had to completely cut short the rest of the trip since we had a flight back from LV and we could have done fine if Andrew had not deliberately delayed our trip by about 2 hours.Our trip was at 1130, we arrived at 1030 as asked. Family of 4. Reception (Andrew) said he will put us on the 11, and we kept waiting ever since. We did tell Andrew that we had a flight back, kept requesting for considering, and the least I would expect is that they kept their timing of 1130. But no, every single party coming in after us got their ride first, the 1120s, the 1145s the 1200s, the 1220s, you name it ! He said all were VIPs so it was company policy ! To top it off, Andrew actually handed the tickets of the 1230s right in front of us to them so that we would go last in the line.
May be he does not like Indians or blacks since he was not being nice to another similar party. If you were white, you were fine ! And please don't get me wrong, I have a lot of lovely friends in all communities.

Maverick was full this time, but will recommend them. Not at all pleased with Pappilion.
