You do not have to make long drives except Cappadocia to Pamukkale . Because there is not any direct flight between Cappadocia and Pamukkale. Accommodations are in 4 star standarts Boutique hotels in Istanbul and in Cave Hotel in Cappadocia. Kusadasi is in Boutique hotel and Pamukkale is in 5 star Hotel.
