Keeping you safe during COVID-19
What you can expect during your visit
Park will have a dedicated COVID response staff member each day whose sole directive will be ensuring the cleanliness of the facility and safety of the customers and staff.
Social distancing will be encouraged for all areas of the park.
Masks will be required for use in our gift shop area.
Customer facing staff members will wear masks or face shields for safety.
Additional hand sanitizer stations have been placed around the facility.
Airboats will be loaded to every other row to promote distancing.
All educational presentation venues will be seated in every other row.
The number of tickets and admissions will be limited throughout the day to
decrease overall volume.
All high touch surfaces will be cleaned with great frequency throughout the
day. Each individual department in the park has a unique cleaning schedule
that will be strictly adhered to.
Airboat captains will wipe down and sanitize all touch services after each
airboat tour prior to the next group boarding.
All life jackets will be sanitized in between each use.
Dining areas at the grill will be wiped and sanitized prior to each new group.
Interaction with our adopted and rescued reptiles will be very limited for both
the safety of the animals and our guests.

Amazing experience. You must go here if you are visiting Miami. The show after the airboat was great as well. Bring cash for tips and the amazing food.

Airboat was loud but our captain, Bob, did such a fun job of navigating the boat. It goes so fast, and the breeze feels great! He was able to find a gator for us to see. And 30 minutes on the water always feels like longer.Also, Florida residents get a pass for unlimited free 30 min rides after their first, which makes this a great investment and place to bring out-of-town visitors to when they visit you.
